It's an old fashioned hotel, close to the central train station, so it's very convenient to take the train to other city or take the subway going around the city. The breakfast is OK. I do like they give us a kettle for hot water, so I can enjoy my tea.

A comfortable clean room with free tea/coffee/water and a bathroom set had a cleaning device, which turned out to be very good by the way. Good staff, delicious breakfasts. The hotel is 15 minutes' walk from the station, but is located next to the area where migrants live. The window comes out of the windows of the neighboring house, which are very close (so the windows are made of matte glass).

Only 13.00 arrived at the hotel. Rooms were already free (or we would have just put the bags off) but we were calculated 10 euros per hour for earlier check-in, i.e. 20 euros in addition.
Unsuitable and unconsidered: if all travellers check in at point 15.00, stress would come. In turn, we have not received any refund, although we check out 1.5 hours before date.
Location great, very central. Rooms really really really mini small! Washing basin in the bedroom, no privacy.

We were with the family a weekend in Serengeti Park and we stayed in this hotel. We made the decision because of the price-performance ratio, because there are family rooms, breakfast, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and you can cancel it free until arrival day 19 pm – with children You never know what's going on. From the way we checked in and then are directly on our rooms, that worked smoothly. The family rooms were already very small, but we wanted to just stay. The breakfast next morning was really good, it was enough of everything there and a super choice. We forgot something in the room at the departure, the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

I find it difficult to rate the hotel fairly. It's totally out of date, the hallway carpet is stained and the room is hopelessly dated. At first I thought it was supposed to be a kind of hotel style, but it quickly became clear that the economy was being kept to a minimum here. Here the maximum is taken out of the situation without bothering to modernize anything. And that would be necessary. And the time would certainly have been during Corona. But what can you expect for €35 a night? For that it was okay. It was mostly clean in the room, everything worked. I wouldn't spend a penny more though. As accommodation for the small euro it is okay so far. I would recommend it to craftsmen who do not have high standards.

The check-in was very friendly and there were apples and refreshments in the lobby. Also there are only positive reports on the shuttle service to the airport, timely and helpful. I would have expected more from the room. It is tasteful and practically furnished and very spacious and absolutely clean. However, I wonder why there is no ”light” light. The lamps in the room only throw dark indirect light. It was not possible to light the room. That was very well hit the mind. The switch between night-lamp and reading lamp was defect, so not at all, only the inner life was visible, which I think is dangerous. Although Leonardo casts with sound-isolated windows. I could not see any difference to normal glass windows and it was incredibly noisy in the night. Furthermore, the brightness came so that we can hear the TV, toilet noise etc. of the neighbouring rooms well. A water cooker as shown in the room description did not exist with us. Only a capsule machine was available. This was why we had to prepare the water for our tea and thus tasted the tea for coffee. Also very bad that no sustainability is being considered and actually coffee capsules are still offered. For one night to get to the airport, it's OK. I can't recommend a longer stay.

The hotel is new with a good standard. The employees where serviceminded, but they seemed unexperinced. The aircondition turned off while we where asleep and the room became very hot combined with poor air quality. The hotel is located by the trainstation which is useful but in an area of the town you dont want to walk alone at night. On their website they announce restaurant but it is closed. Good private parking. The payment system was broken and we had to pay cash after a trip to the atm. The hotel was clean. All in all a town not worth visiting and a average hotel.

SSuper FurrySituated at the old cargo trainstation of Hannover this NYCE is a good stay when you are looking for a non thrill basic, but comfortable stay, room #809 on the highest floor is rather small with a excellent view over Hannover. bathroom was on the smaller side too. i fitted barely inside shower.
a short 15 min walk to Hannover train station and close to the Barok gardens and public transports. Young and friendly staff, helpful and correct.

They had a children group in the hotel (but its actually hostel) those kids were drunk, we informed the reception but they didn’t change the room, promised to stop singing (group of kids were singing everywhere, corridors, rooms) all hotel was full with drunk children, we informed reception but reaction was ZERO. Property looks so old, its a real hostel, dirty, housekeepers were speaking to each other so loud they woke us up at 7 am, reception next day even did not apologize, I had a feeling like they are unhappy with their job, they look so sad & indifferent. housekeeping…. Probably they don’t have. Look at the pictures & you will guess. Atmosphere is definitely depressive! Mostly because staff is so unhappy. Oh welcome…. They don’t know what is welcome, they even don’t know why they work there. So my suggestion is DON’T BOOK this hostel!!!!

PPassenger31099636306We spent one night in this comfortable hotel just outside Hannover central station (10mins walk). Being HHonors Gold member, we were provided with a room upgrade to a nice, large and quiet room. The room and bathroom were very clean, but felt a bit dated, so a renovation would be very welcome. We are also not big fans of showers in a bath-tub, so a nice walk-in shower would have been better. Staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good as well, with a good choice of food and drinks, although it did get very busy after 9:00am. We would consider staying here again when next in Hannover, especially if the hotel is renovated.

Spacious rooms. Cool decoration. Very clean all over and very friendly staff. Parking close by a fine gym and a disco ball in the bathroom. Nice big windows and nice view. The breakfast was one of the best hotel’s breakfast we have had for a long time.

Exterior appearance is dated. Only when I was in room noticed I had been “charged” an EXTRA 50€ per night on the credit card which they described to me as being on an EU initiative. I do not like this practice happening WITHOUT MY CONSENT and that it was not even explained to me at Check in. Had to go downstairs to get TV remote replaced only to go back down later that night because that one was not working either. (btw remote in Hamburg was individually wrapped – here it came with a small pack of hygienic wraps – so much for Covid cleaning). Duty Receptionist/Manager came up and made me feel inferior because it worked for her. Then there is the safe that works when it wants to. I didn’t bother mentioning that for fear of being told off again. Internet – only allowed two of my three devices and it had to be reconfigured every day of my stay. Staying in the Hamburg Courtyard I had none of these problems. Good large room with my lake view being excellent (despite the torn mosquito netting on the opening window). (I fully appreciate requests cannot always be met but the hotel was not full and they consider 3rd of 5 floors as high). Furniture and carpeting very dated. The electric switches had a mind of their own. Excellent bathroom very hot water, good towels. Bed very comfortable with very good assortment of pillows. Easy chair and table NOT good for working on (unlike Hamburg). Clearly resting on its laurels with proximity of Arena next door and the lakeside location. Personally I would not recommend this hotel purely on the basis that it seems to be living in the past. It needs a lot of care and money spending on it. Apparently this is a “franchise” hotel – it creates a bad impression of what Courtyard can do (see my Hamburg review).

GGuest UserLet’s clean up. Different kind of rooms: full renovated or just old. A lot of rooms are very small, the shower is ridiculously narrow. Parking area is small and slots are tight as well. Internet is ok. Breakfast is great. Waiters are sort of arrogant (just inadeguate) and do not accept critics (I have seen one “fighting” with a guest that was asking maybe not in a polite way (?) for better service). Dinner is also fine but for 4-6 people else the kitchen will not be able to handle the order. Hannover has a big exhibition area: all the city is pricy and this hotel is following the same main steam but without solid reasons. Not suggested.

GGuest UserThere are many comfortable hotels, but here I felt well from the first second. Single rooms are rarely attractive, but in this hotel it is beautiful. Breed bed with extra-long bed cover, refrigerator, coffee corner, many warm light sources, safe. All in covered, calming colours. The bathroom has a large shower with decent water pressure. Rooms are relatively small, but not at all tight. The restaurant offers a small selection of food. Breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open. All staff are consistently friendly and very attentive. I also liked the situation.

The hotel is on a relatively quiet street but a leisurely 10 minute stroll will have you in the heart of the old town. The hotel is very clean and the complimentary minibar is an added bonus. Would recommend for anyone visiting Hannover!

GGuest UserVery well located hotel with free parking right in front of the entrance. Little accessibility considering the 15 stairs at the entrance to the hotel. At the entrance they offer you sweets while you check in. The room is good, comfortable and comfortable, and also with a package of goodies as an arrival gift. The only downside is that it is in front of the train track and you can hear it every few minutes. Earplugs necessary to rest, but comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Good pastries and variety of hot dishes and sausages. I only needed some nuts and a little cheese to spread. At the exit they give you a bottle of mineral water in which they wish you a good trip. Very friendly trea**ent from all the staff. Recommendable. Just remember, front stairs and earplugs.

平平淡才是真Hotel location is OK, walked from the train station for ten minutes, there is also a Cantonese restaurant on the road, the taste is not bad, is Hong Kong master cooking. Hotel service is very warm, lock the door at 10 o'clock in the evening, after 10 o'clock, the tenant will send the key to open the door. Breakfast is simpler, but the basics of a Western breakfast are available.
