I find it difficult to rate the hotel fairly. It's totally out of date, the hallway carpet is stained and the room is hopelessly dated. At first I thought it was supposed to be a kind of hotel style, but it quickly became clear that the economy was being kept to a minimum here. Here the maximum is taken out of the situation without bothering to modernize anything. And that would be necessary. And the time would certainly have been during Corona. But what can you expect for €35 a night? For that it was okay. It was mostly clean in the room, everything worked. I wouldn't spend a penny more though. As accommodation for the small euro it is okay so far. I would recommend it to craftsmen who do not have high standards.

The check-in was very friendly and there were apples and refreshments in the lobby. Also there are only positive reports on the shuttle service to the airport, timely and helpful. I would have expected more from the room. It is tasteful and practically furnished and very spacious and absolutely clean. However, I wonder why there is no ”light” light. The lamps in the room only throw dark indirect light. It was not possible to light the room. That was very well hit the mind. The switch between night-lamp and reading lamp was defect, so not at all, only the inner life was visible, which I think is dangerous. Although Leonardo casts with sound-isolated windows. I could not see any difference to normal glass windows and it was incredibly noisy in the night. Furthermore, the brightness came so that we can hear the TV, toilet noise etc. of the neighbouring rooms well. A water cooker as shown in the room description did not exist with us. Only a capsule machine was available. This was why we had to prepare the water for our tea and thus tasted the tea for coffee. Also very bad that no sustainability is being considered and actually coffee capsules are still offered. For one night to get to the airport, it's OK. I can't recommend a longer stay.

We were with the family a weekend in Serengeti Park and we stayed in this hotel. We made the decision because of the price-performance ratio, because there are family rooms, breakfast, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and you can cancel it free until arrival day 19 pm – with children You never know what's going on. From the way we checked in and then are directly on our rooms, that worked smoothly. The family rooms were already very small, but we wanted to just stay. The breakfast next morning was really good, it was enough of everything there and a super choice. We forgot something in the room at the departure, the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

In 2021, I spent a total of 54 nights on 13 stays at the Leonardo Hotel. To mention are fast and stable WLAN, free parking, extensive breakfast buffet, good evening menu (the currywurst is especially delicious) and very friendly staff. Outstanding among many good staff is Mrs. Carmen Springmann, the manager should double her salary :-) The good location with a view of the beautiful Tiergarten and the very good price-performance ratio have made me always happy to book this hotel. If you wanted to improve something, then you should renovate the bathrooms, a nice shower would not be wrong.

Very good, clean and hygienic, the front desk staff is very nice, because I am a foreigner, I am afraid that I may not understand, and the German pronunciation is very clear. We stayed at the Sporthotel Fuchsbachtal, which provides premises or sports facilities especially for football teams, but also for all other sports and events. The reception welcomed us very friendly and led us to our rooms, which were all neat and well equipped. Overall, the rooms left a very cozy impression. Outside and in the cellar you can be entertained or in the restaurant on the second floor or in our case in the Festsaal Berlin, where the very well prepared buffet tasted good to us on 2 days. The service staff did their job very well and were always eager and friendly. Downstairs we took a look at the spa area, which was really great. The swimming pool is not very big, but it is enough to do some aqua gymnastics or swimming exercises. The sauna area offered 3 different saunas, whirlpools and a large sauna garden. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would give the hotel a top performance!

I directly felt very welcome, once I entered the hotel. The staff was very motivated and could help me out directly as there were some issues with the electricity in my room. The motivated and very warm staff made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. They also explained to me the vegan options they had for breakfast - this is not usual for hotels, so very appreciated! In the room itself, they have also USB-A and USB-C connections, so no worries about forgetting your charger blocks. The room overall was very clean. I was there during a business trip and could also work in total silence and do some meetings. The Internet connection was stable. Keep on doing the good work and hope to see you soon!

GGuest UserWe stayed here for one night whilst visiting Hannover to attend a Scorpions concert. The hotel is on a relatively quiet street but a leisurely 10 minute stroll will have you in the heart of the old town. The hotel is very clean and the complimentary minibar is an added bonus. Would recommend for anyone visiting Hannover!

GGuest UserRoom was dirty! Toilet was broken. They had a children group in the hotel (but its actually hostel) those kids were drunk, we informed the reception but they didn’t change the room, promised to stop singing (group of kids were singing everywhere, corridors, rooms) all hotel was full with drunk children, we informed reception but reaction was ZERO. Property looks so old, its a real hostel, dirty, housekeepers were speaking to each other so loud they woke us up at 7 am, reception next day even did not apologize, I had a feeling like they are unhappy with their job, they look so sad & indifferent. housekeeping…. Probably they don’t have. Look at the pictures & you will guess. Atmosphere is definitely depressive! Mostly because staff is so unhappy. Oh welcome…. They don’t know what is welcome, they even don’t know why they work there. So my suggestion is DON’T BOOK this hostel!!!!

PPassenger31099636306We spent one night in this comfortable hotel just outside Hannover central station (10mins walk). Being HHonors Gold member, we were provided with a room upgrade to a nice, large and quiet room. The room and bathroom were very clean, but felt a bit dated, so a renovation would be very welcome. We are also not big fans of showers in a bath-tub, so a nice walk-in shower would have been better. Staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good as well, with a good choice of food and drinks, although it did get very busy after 9:00am. We would consider staying here again when next in Hannover, especially if the hotel is renovated.

GGuest UserThe room was very ordinary and functional, good beds, modern bathroom - but not very spacious overall. However, for a short trip absolutely enough. Breakfast buffet was OK. The way to the parking in the adjacent parking house is a little adventureful. For businesses in the city center the location is optimal - railway station, cinema, shopping, restaurants are walking super accessible.

GGuest UserLet’s clean up. Different kind of rooms: full renovated or just old. A lot of rooms are very small, the shower is ridiculously narrow. Parking area is small and slots are tight as well. Internet is ok. Breakfast is great. Waiters are sort of arrogant (just inadeguate) and do not accept critics (I have seen one “fighting” with a guest that was asking maybe not in a polite way (?) for better service). Dinner is also fine but for 4-6 people else the kitchen will not be able to handle the order. Hannover has a big exhibition area: all the city is pricy and this hotel is following the same main steam but without solid reasons. Not suggested.

We went for a 50 year bday...what a mistake..we had been 2 x and I especially chose this hotel on the way to Denmark because i knew it..arrived in hotel late...got a room on 1 st floor no airco and fridge not working. Called reception. Answer: our technical team hasn't reported anything.. airco working fine...my answer : but I am telling u it doesn't work...1 collegue came to say come to reception and chg room this colleague very friendly. second person saying ur room is fine....we go down and got the most unfriendly and rude receptionist I have ever met. I have worked in several hotels as a receptionist so I know really well what this work is all about..but this guy...I reserved this hotel making a detour on our route to Denmark but had I known I would never have done this I paid for a superior room..no airco no fridge..was transferred with rolling eyes and shaking head into room with huge lump of hair on floor dirty bathroom glass and had to go back to rude receptionist to get bed done for my child who had just had operation and wasn't feeling well..we have been staying in a lot of Novotel hotels..london paddington Hammersmith hannover brussels...but this leaves a very bad experience and I am so sad I chose this hotel for such a special occasion.

7780paddingtonI have been staying in this hotel several times earlier this year and was always satisfied. Is a little ”vintage” but there are rooms with balcony for relatively small money. Now in times of the virus (beginning July) the reception was only occupied from 10 to 16:00, you entered the hotel thanks to an extra travelled staff (it was required Call and tell when to get in) through a side entrance (the main entrance was closed with grids) and allowed to carry his bag through a not very nice staircase as the driving chair was disabled. Hotel bar and breakfast room closed. All in all a little unseemable. I hope they will be ”rebelling” again and well through these times, then I would look at it again.

GGuest UserVery well located hotel with free parking right in front of the entrance. Little accessibility considering the 15 stairs at the entrance to the hotel. At the entrance they offer you sweets while you check in. The room is good, comfortable and comfortable, and also with a package of goodies as an arrival gift. The only downside is that it is in front of the train track and you can hear it every few minutes. Earplugs necessary to rest, but comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Good pastries and variety of hot dishes and sausages. I only needed some nuts and a little cheese to spread. At the exit they give you a bottle of mineral water in which they wish you a good trip. Very friendly trea**ent from all the staff. Recommendable. Just remember, front stairs and earplugs.

BbiinkbkIt's an old fashioned hotel, close to the central train station, so it's very convenient to take the train to other city or take the subway going around the city. The breakfast is OK. I do like they give us a kettle for hot water, so I can enjoy my tea.

平平淡才是真Hotel location is OK, walked from the train station for ten minutes, there is also a Cantonese restaurant on the road, the taste is not bad, is Hong Kong master cooking. Hotel service is very warm, lock the door at 10 o'clock in the evening, after 10 o'clock, the tenant will send the key to open the door. Breakfast is simpler, but the basics of a Western breakfast are available.
