Because of the EMO we were allowed to check in Mercure business. The hotel is a little remote on the outskirts of the city, near a industrial neighborhood, but in the green. Reception was warm, check-in took only a short time. Provided with all the necessary information, I was allowed to acquire the huge room. It was extremely generous with a lot of space. Also the bathroom with corner bathtub and large shower convinced. Only the toilet was a little close. Everything was very clean and everything was available that the business traveler needs. Because it is on the outskirts of the city, it was also very quiet. Only the aircraft in the wet cells disturbed because they went after very long. The breakfast buffet offers all sorts of choice. The quality of the offer is OK. Only the size of the room for the buffet is a little small, sometimes you almost don't pass over to the other guests. On request, various coffees are also brought. The staff is very friendly, set and helpful. The price is absolutely correct. For us the only route from the fair to the hotel was a little far. Breakfast is OK, good. There are fewer supermarkets around. The only problem is that the network feels not particularly good. Sometimes it is stuck. There is also a few nights 11.30 around the hall or laughter, a little affecting sleep, but this is a small problem.

For the first time here, I chose a hotel with a relatively high evaluation. I was not disappointed. The room space is quite large, the breakfast is average, and you can eat whatever you want. This hotel is suitable for people who come by car. The location is a bit off. There are not many restaurants around. If you want to eat, you have to drive to the town, but it won't be too far.

I recommend people to join miles program once they reach hotel. After registering, they can get free train/bus card for their stay. I feel that staff is good and responding. However, sometimes too much shortage of manning causes some issue of discomfort. Also had one incident where towel were smelly.

It is not recommended to stay at this hotel. The location is opposite the railway station and the transportation is convenient. But this advantage is not enough to conceal its shortcomings: 1. Outdated facilities, the sofa springs up. 2. The design of the bathroom is flawed and water splashes everywhere. 3. Individual service staff lack courtesy.

Overall, the hotel is recommended. Beds, bathroom and the entire ambience are harmonious with each other. The breakfast menu is plentiful but not overloaded. The staff is also very hard-working and friendly! There is criticism of the cleanliness around and in the hotel. There is rubbish almost everywhere outside and the windows are dirty. The room looks superficially clean. However, when you look at the toilet roll holder, which is sinking in the dust, but also the mirrors that still have stripes, stainless steel applications that are colorfully clean.... The sink did not drain or drained very slowly. We were offered a room exchange. There is a need for action. We are used to something different. Pity

The hotel faces the street, the location is superior, there are many restaurants, shopping malls and so on around. There is no parking lot. The front desk staff of the hotel will suggest where to park. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. This hotel is at the central bus station called ZOB which is not the best area in Hannover. It is however very near to the city centre (Hauptbahnhof, Kröpcke). The parking is opposite in a public parking and ther is no direct connection. With a lot of luggage you can face some problems. We read previous reviews that staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful which we can confirm for when we arrived as well as had a question about parking in front of the hotel to load the luggage (advice: don't do it as it is strictly prohibited by the city, but the receptionist did not seem to be bothered by us or our request). However, when we left the hotel an older woman was at the reception and she was super friendly! The younger staff should definitely take her as an example on how to be in the hotel industry. We did not try any food there, so cannot comment on that. The rooms are outdated and only some are renovated, however, there are HUGE, which is a BIG pluspoint for us, especially in December with all the additional presents and what not.
