The person at the front desk is good with multilinguality
However, the cleaning staff seems to be able to speak only German and Italy, and it feels a little troublesome to be able to speak in a strong tone in German though it says that it doesn't know the language

"The hotel is a little far from the exhibition hall, the service is very good, the cleaning is very clean, and the surrounding life shopping and eating are very convenient. To bring a souvenir to the city, take an Uber25 euro, cheaper than calling a car. Of course, let the front desk call a car faster, don't care about this difference if you are in a hurry."

"The location is a bit far from the train station, about 1 kilometer away. There are only three stops by bus, and it's a bit far to walk.
There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the fourth floor, which is actually the fifth floor. It's very hard, and there's no one to help.

"The hotel is close to Hannover hbf, walk for three or five minutes, turn left at hbf. The hotel is still decent. The neat train station hotel is suitable for people who live less than one or two days in Hannover. The next to hbf is the commercial street, convenient for shopping. The room is normal."

SSuper FurrySituated at the old cargo trainstation of Hannover this NYCE is a good stay when you are looking for a non thrill basic, but comfortable stay, room #809 on the highest floor is rather small with a excellent view over Hannover. bathroom was on the smaller side too. i fitted barely inside shower.
a short 15 min walk to Hannover train station and close to the Barok gardens and public transports. Young and friendly staff, helpful and correct.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the quilt is comfortable overall. On the second day, I found that the room I checked in faced east, so the quilt should be exposed to the sun every day. The view outside the window is good. Good view!

FFeelingFor the first time here, I chose a hotel with a relatively high evaluation. I was not disappointed. The room space is quite large, the breakfast is average, and you can eat whatever you want. This hotel is suitable for people who come by car. The location is a bit off. There are not many restaurants around. If you want to eat, you have to drive to the town, but it won't be too far.

UUweI can't understand the negative reviews on the web about this hotel. We were there two nights and are more than satisfied. Fresh and modernly renovated, friendly staff and super breakfast! The only reason for meking - our standard room could have been half a meter wide in the area of the bed. But that we would like to buy, taking into account the really optimal price-performance ratio. We're happy to come back!

PpüréVery good location, just a few minutes walk to the music center. Subway, restaurants, everything right in front of the building. The entrance smells a bit 🙊 so you have to quickly get in the elevator and then everything is fine again.
Lots of rubbish in front of the entrance, gives a bad impression of the hotel. I think the price/performance ratio is top. You can park in the underground car park for 12.50/24 hours. Or at the Conti for 9.00/24 hours. Otherwise you can stop for a short time on the other side of the street.
Breakfast is OK... Nothing special... There was no scrambled eggs.

RRyan/Located outside the city but reachable by public transport. Check-in is done on a machine and you need the hotel confirmation number provided by trip.com a couple days after your booking is confirmed. The room was clean and minimal amenities were provided, but fair for the price.

GGuest UserThere will be no private bathroom and elevator. My room has odd smell (from paint smell?). The public facilities are okay clean.
One of the shower didn’t work properly and the light automatically turned themselves off quickly. I had to wave my hands multiple times directly under the detector when I was showering.
Location is not convenient. I arrived during weekend and I can’t find any supermarket still open nearby. I had to go back to hbf eventually. But if you prepare well it is okay.
Overall it is acceptable.
