Lady at the front desks was really kind and helpful, The hotel is old and you can hear all the noice from out side. The neighborhood is not very nice, but it downtown. Close to public tranportation and easy to move.

There were stains on the carpet and the curtains were broken. The door of the shower room is rattled, and the water leaks outside without being completely sealed. The tram runs outside, so I woke up by the sound of the train early in the morning. The key is not a key card, but you need to close the door by yourself. The quality varies depending on the room.
The only good things are that the hotel staff were kind, the toilet and bed were clean, and the hot water come out well.

Low quality at high price
The hotel was very run down. Noisy and did not appear clean. That would be ok if price was reasonable but even after Danish standards very expensive. I know rhis was during tradeshow days but still ….

Needs a deep clean and decorating
This Hotel needs a deep clean, room not hoovered and smell of smoke even though they are non smoking. Bedding was clean.

In the best case scenario, we didn't pick up any infections. Cleaning and room maintenance are foreign! The house could also use a little TLC. This was the first time I was glad I hadn't booked breakfast at the hotel.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Voraus gebucht und war bei meiner Ankunft schockiert: Die Matratze war deutlich mit Blut befleckt – es war nicht erkennbar, ob es sich um Menstruationsblut oder andere Körperflüssigkeiten handelte. Das ist absolut ekelhaft und ein schwerwiegender Verstoß gegen grundlegende Hygienestandards. Trotz des offensichtlichen Zustands wurde mir keine angemessene Lösung angeboten. So etwas darf in einem Hotel niemals vorkommen – besonders nicht, wenn Gäste für eine saubere und sichere Unterkunft bezahlen. Ich habe den Vorfall mit Fotos und Videos dokumentiert und werde ihn den zuständigen Behörden melden. Nie wieder – dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Was will man mehr.
Wir wollten in der Nähe der Innenstadt sein. Das waren wir und auch in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft des Rotlichtviertels. Man wurde freundlich behandelt. Man kann sich gut vorstellen, dass Fußballfans nach dem gefeierten Sieg oder der begossenen Niederlage hier ihren Rausch ausschlafen.
