Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Wiehberg eher enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders störend war der unangenehme Geruch nach Abfluss, der sich im gesamten Raum bemerkbar machte. Insgesamt waren Sauberkeit und Ausstattung nicht auf dem Niveau, das wir erwartet hatten. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr Komfort und ein frischeres Ambiente erwartet.

Unser Zimmer war beim Check-In total schmutzig. Die Handtücher lagen benutzt auf dem Boden, der Boden war übersät mit Krümeln und das Bett voller Haare. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde klar, dass wir auf ein Zimmer gebucht wurden, das bereits von einem anderen Gast bewohnt wird. Wir wurden auf ein anderes Zimmer umgebucht, welches auch nicht wirklich viel besser war. Der Boden war ebenfalls schmutzig und die Klobrille fiel schon ab. Der Gast auf dem anderen Zimmer habe laut Rezeption nun halt Pech, da seine Zimmerkarte jetzt nicht mehr funktioniert, aber er würde sich ja schon melden… Der Preis war null gerechtfertigt und durch die hohe Nachfrage wegen eines Konzertes auch viel zu teuer. Das Hotel selbst ist komplett in die Jahre gekommen, überall steht Zeug rum, dass nicht mehr verwendet wird.
