このホテルの宿泊はトラブルが続き大変でした。
予約時の予想到着時間が、窓口時間内だったため、前日にピンコードが届くはずだったのですがメールで届いておらず
入れなくて困りました。結局そのメールは宿泊２日目に届き意味がありませんでした。
朝食付きで検索して予約したと思ったら朝食無しで予約されてしまったので当日３日分の朝食代を支払いました。しかし領収書を出してくれず
クラウド上に出すとのこと、でも届いておらずメールで催促した所、いったん全然お門違いな部屋の領収書が来たので再度朝食の領収書を要求すると
いっこうに返事が来ません。ハノーファー駅前が高い所ばかりだったのでこちらにしましたが、人の対応は感じがよかったのですが、不備ばかりが目立ちます。
スムーズなイライラしない旅をお望みの場合は他のホテルをお勧めします。

Very walkable and felt safe in the area at all tomes. Quiet neighborhood & conveniently close to thw underground and rail stations. Staff extremely pleasant and kind.

No flexibility for early arrival - staff only present for breakfast and small check in window- out of hours felt very alone - Entrance from street locked no phone number to call a person and odd online check in - awkward..not recommended for anyone traveling solo. Clean room and nice breakfast within walking distance of the city, more air b&b than hotel.

First, the room itself was spacious and nice, the space outside was a big success. But, upon arrival, believing we had a parking spot in the basement, it was VERY annoying to stay with the car in a very narrow down-headed space in front of a closed fence, having to back the car up, all sensors screaming. Trying to call the un-manned hotel just gave an instruction to change some url we never found out what was about. The saying on the web that "we are there for you" might be true, we just never found them. So, all in all, had to move the car to some park house and pay €18. To be fair, we later found that parking at the hotel would have been an additional 12.50€ so the real difference is just 5.50€ + a quick stroll to the park house. Cleaning in the room lacked a bit with 2 spider webs, 1 from the air condition, 1 near the toilet entrance. But, once again let me state that the room itself was really nice.

Great location to train station and center of city within walking distance. Service is minimal. Challenging if staying over 3 nights. No towel change, no room keys. It’s a basic hotel and WI FI connection is good.

Mein Zimmer war genau das, was ich wollte. Einfach, sauber, ruhig. Mehr wollte ich nicht und das hat es voll und ganz erfüllt.
