I made the booking for the Arthotel ANA 3 (!) weeks before my arrival, through our travel service. The late arrival was explicitly guaranteed and the booking was confirmed. When I arrived the day before yesterday, I found myself standing in front of a locked door, with no staff present. The call to the hotel was taken by another hotel in Hamburg (!), which could not find my booking.
