The place is a bit basic.The roomsize not realy hotelstandart more like a cheap pension.Sink in the room no hot water. Bathroom door has no lock .
Trams passing shake the whole building.
In the morning around 8am reception closed and nobody answered the phone.

Upon arrival I had to call to get the code for a number box to get the key.
Our room where right in front of a tram which we could hear throughout the night. The madras wasn’t great, you could feel the springs in it.
WiFi connection was really bad.
The room was clean, although a bit outdated. No complains about towels or lining.

Reservé con un mes de antelación. Llegué ayer a las 23:00h porque llegué en el último avión. Lo que me encontré allí era una excena de crimen y no una habitación de hotel. Tuve que dormir en el suelo porque a esa hora era eso o en la calle. Sábanas impregnadas de multitud de líquidos y "fluidos", las retiro y el colchón era como las cuevas de Altamira, sangre, meadas, etc...Por cierto, la papelera llena de basura. Como tenía pagado el desayuno, a las 7 clavadas me pongo en la puerta para hablar con alguien. A las 8 me voy a desayunar a un bar porque allí no aparece nadie. Llamo al dueño y me dice que ya manda a alguien a limpiar. Le explico que eso no se puede limpiar, que es de incinerar y le digo que me devuelva el dinero. Me contesta a través de BOOKING. COM que no. Mañana si no tengo respuesta, voy a la policía y autoridades para que le cierren el local.
