From check in, to the room, to breakfast, it was really great! The employees were all very friendly and helpful! Nice rooms. Everything clean and well maintained. Just swap the sliding door for another one. The breakfast was good. And the gentleman from the service was extremely friendly and courteous.

Das Zimmer war überheizt, gar nicht runterzu bekommen die Temperatur. . Man soll sich zum duschen an der Rezeption eine Antirutschmatte holen! Man duscht in der Badewanne! Frühstück Albtraum. Kaffe ungenießba, viel zu dünn aus einer Selbsbedienungsmaschiene, die sich nicht anders einstellen lässt, laut Personal., Brötchen aufgebackene Tiefkühlware, dazu noch zu kurz aufgebacken. Kratzige leise Radiobedudelung. Fuchtbar störend. Essen abends im Restaurant leider ebenfalls mies. Gemüse war verkohlt! 4 kleine ( frech)flowersproud röschen . Lachs auf geschmacksneutralem Petersilienwurzel Püree , welches zudem noch angetrocknet war. Boah wie unangenehm. Nur eine Bedienung, die aber sehr freundlich war. Ich hatte furchtbar Hunger und habe nicht reklamiert, hätte sonst noch länger gedauert. Ich warum 27. Dezember da. Vlt war das alles dem Urlaub des Personals geschuldet, aber das mit der Duschmatte, die man sich abzuholen hat gerade wenn man doch duschen möchte, geht überhaupt nicht. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist oder dienstlich in Hannover zu tun hat. Für uns war es optimal. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiterinnen haben uns einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Obwohl wir schon morgens angereist sind, konnten wir unser Auto auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz abstellen und uns Fahrräder kostenlos ausleihen. Das Zimmer war okay- leider mit Teppich und etwas altbacken. Das Einzelzimmer war aber renoviert mit Laminatboden. Praktisch sind die Jalousien, die das Zimmer wirklich abdunkeln. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Die Lobby und der Garten laden zum Ausruhen ein.

Gesamtergebnis: gut Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Beim Zustellbett könnte ggf. die Matratze dicker sein, sodass auch ein Erwachsener sehr gut schlafen kann. Da unser Zimmer nach hinten ausgerichtet war, war es relativ ruhig und sehr angenehm.

Zimmer normal, zweckmäßig und sauber. Tolles Frühstück mit Wunsch-Omelett und auch sonst guter Auswahl. Hotel direkt gegenüber Straßenbahnhaltestelle zum Hauptbahnhof. Swiss Life fußläufig erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Gli alberghi Best Western non mi hanno ancora mai deluso. Anche qui camera spaziosa, pulita, silenziosa, ben accessoriata. Bagno ampio e luminoso, con asciugamani privi di qualunque odore. Colazione abbondante in un ambiente sobrio, ma elegante. Personale attento e assai cortese. Parcheggio a basso prezzo nel piazzale prospiciente.
