It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfast delicious. The lobby is great and I could work there. They also offered to rent electric cars for just 5 euro per day.

One of the worst hotel i stayed in and i put my children at risk by choosing them!
Whatever they offer on the website is not accurate and they couldn't even provide infant beds so my children were falling off the bed. I made the booking on the road specifically because they were offering infant beds but upon late arrival as me and my family were on the road whole day they said is nothing available. When asked if then i can cancel and find different accommodation they said it will still full charge apply even if whatever they advertised was not correct. Whole stay was unsafe for my children, staff extremely rude and unhelpful with literally anything and now dealing with hotel they are behaving extremely disrespectful, ignoring and entitled claiming they have done everything they could what means is nothing. I have spent a lot of money for very average place to stay just to put my family at risk. Please avoid this hotel at all cost if you value your comfort, peace and safety!!!

Heater not working Safe not working. Changed room. Heater in new room not working. Internet not working No phone in room No water bottle Key not working so had to get physical key. Horrible experience. Has to stay up late figuring out the heater. Next day has business.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Wienecke XI. Das Zimmer war top – modern, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders positiv fanden wir den Bezug zur Stadt Hannover mit der tollen Wandgestaltung. Die Klimaanlage hat zuverlässig funktioniert und das Zimmer angenehm temperiert. Die negativen Kommentare dazu kann ich ehrlich gesagt nicht nachvollziehen, vermutlich stammen sie aus älteren Bewertungen. Das Bad ist zwar nicht besonders groß, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber völlig ausreichend und überhaupt kein Problem. Auch der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, und beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl. Zudem kann man hinter dem Hotel super spazieren gehen und nach einem anstrengendem Messe Tag entspannen! Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr, sehr sauber. Ich danke für die Aufmerksamkeit auf die kleinen Details im Zimmer. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel buchen. Der Empfang war ebenfalls sehr freundlich, besonders die Mitarbeiter, die am Abend an der Rezeption waren – sie waren äußerst zuvorkommend.
