The service is also very good, and the staff are quite professional. The bathroom and toiletries in the room are of high quality and very clean. However, the hotel, including the room, has a strong smell of renovation. The corridor is enclosed by glass, and the residual smell of renovation doesn't dissipate, making it a bit pungent. Trying to open the room doors and windows for ventilation is impossible because the balcony faces the courtyard, offering no ventilation whatsoever. Furthermore, guests staying opposite can clearly see into your room, making the stay experience quite unpleasant. The other room I booked had the same problem; the rooms felt cramped and the layout was illogical.
