Hotels near Xiangji Temple in Hangzhou

When checking in and checking out of the hotel, I was fortunate enough to meet Xiao Cheng at the front desk. Thank you for your warm reception. Beautiful souvenirs were also given. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The Grand Canal and Dadou Road Historic District are right next to it. There are also Loti Port, Xiaohezhi Street, Joy City, etc. nearby. It's just a short walk away. The breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety and tastes good.

The first day I came to the full room, the next day the front desk asked me how my husband lived. My husband said that the floor was a bit low and immediately changed to a high floor. The front desk lady service was really good and very clean. I came to study. My husband went to see no oranges in the whole season. It was updated here and the room was bigger. The bathroom also separated dry and wet, and stayed for another day or two.

The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and hygienic, the service staff Xiaowen is very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help, I will see you next time☺️, and the breakfast is rich. The facilities are very user-friendly and the high-speed network signal is good. It’s great.

The first stop of the trip was Hangzhou. The first hotel was very good. The guys at the front desk were very enthusiastic and polite. They provided free breakfast, free late check-out, and free luggage storage. It was really great. Travel adds to the joyful mood. The room I booked for 3 people turned out to be a suite, which was quite a surprise. The hotel is very new and clean. It is cleaned every day. The location is also good. It is opposite China Resources Vanguard and only about 5 kilometers away from the West Lake. You don’t have to turn when you take a taxi. You just keep walking along the road. Just arrived, a good experience, recommended

Simply the best! Everything is beyond description! I had planed to stay in Hangzhou for three days but I had to keep staying four more nights. The location is very nice, the staffs are very kind, the hostel is very clean. I will be back to Hangzhou and stay here again!

This was our first time staying for a “staycation.” The location is near the Grand Canal area and close to many area restaurants but the restaurant inside the hotel, Frieda is amazing!!!!! The service all around from reception, eateries, doorman, etc was friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were comfy and we had a lovely view of the canal. My favorite was the tub that I could lie down in and I’m tall!!! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. I would love to see coffee in the rooms though but thankfully I had brought some with me. See you soon!

If you stay during the Spring Festival, the four-star hotel is guaranteed. There are many people. The price purchased on Ctrip is also very cost-effective. There are also two breakfasts in the room. There is also a Chinese restaurant on the second floor where you can order by yourself. The hotel environment is very good. The facilities are also very complete. Yogurt was also provided in the room when I checked in, and the service from the room aunt was also very warm and thoughtful. When checking in at night, there is also a turndown service. The customer service at the front desk is also very polite and generous, and the service is warm and thoughtful. They are all eager to solve any problems, which makes me feel very happy. The weather in Hangzhou has been very good recently, and friends and family came to hangzhou to visit! The hotel I stayed in on the last day was quite nice. First of all, the subway station and the bus station were very close. It was very convenient to take a taxi to go anywhere. The location was very ideal and it was not as congested as the urban area! Secondly, the ladies and waiters at the front desk are very gentle and polite. There is a breakfast room and coffee bar on the first floor, which are very comfortable and bright. The final check-in experience was very pleasant. Not only was the decoration very new, but the design was considerate. There were no cumbersome wardrobes. The shower and smart toilet were independent. The sink in front was also quite spacious. It was also designed with night-waking footlights, which many five-star hotels do not have. I am also very satisfied with the mattress and bedding. The quilt cover is really pure cotton. I was also given a snack before going to bed, which was very nice! The most surprising thing was the buffet dinner in the evening, which was completely unexpected! If I come to Hangzhou next time, my friends told me to book this hotel again~

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks
