Fantastic service, very friendly staff. Rooms are well airconditioned and beds are very comfortable. good water pressure and heating. moreover hotel allowed us to check out a little later so that our 1 year old daughter could have a midday nap.

A very satisfying accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by my sister-in-law. She just stayed in Hangzhou last month. She knew I was coming and specially recommended it to me. It was really better than expected. I entered the hotel in the evening when I first arrived. The alley was dark and I was a little disappointed. When I entered, the parking lot service staff enthusiastically helped me park my car. I had very little luggage and I didn’t need help. The service was really super enthusiastic and led me to the front desk to help me with the procedures. He took me into the room and gently introduced the hotel and the room. I was really flattered. The hotel is controlled by Xiaodu intelligently. I can turn on the air conditioner, turn on the TV and close the curtains with just one sentence. It's so convenient! The small items prepared are full of details, including disposable dental floss, masks, wet wipes, and even face towels in the room. The breakfast buffet is particularly delicious, with both Chinese and Western options. I feel like I am a bastard when it comes to this. ,Hahaha I'm lazy as hell and rarely comment. I arrived in Wuzhen in the evening, and the hotel clerk called me back to check whether I arrived at my destination safely. I also have never eaten fine bran from a wild boar, and now all hotels in Hangzhou do this. Okay, keep rolling up! If any friends come here, they will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Xinxin Hotel is located on the romantic Beishan Road in Hangzhou and has a history spanning two centuries. The design was completed in 1913 and is called ”THE NEW HOTEL” in English. The name of the hotel comes from the ”Book of Rites·University”: ”New every day, new every day, new every day” contains the best wishes of ”forge ahead”! Some people call it the ”Peace Hotel in Hangzhou”, while others say it is the ”Celebrity Chronicle”. Soong Ching Ling, Xu Zhimo, Lu Xun, Lin Huiyin, Zhang Ailing and other half of the celebrities and dignitaries at that time stayed here. I love this Republic of China style! Because the hotel is under renovation, we upgraded the room for free. I love it! 1913 has a good dining environment, good taste, and good service. I even took a group of photos of ”flowers” in the evening. It felt great!

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Good: Friendly staffs Easy access to all popular places to shops and eat. Take 15-20 mins walking distance to West Lake. Take less an a min walking distance for coffee, and breakfast next to hotel. Very close by subway, and buses. Hotel has free self washing and drying machines. Bad: If you are a clean freak, this hotel is not for you. I had a crab leg bone left in a toilet room after the room cleaning service is done ( sure, definitely not from me since I have not eaten any crab) Not price performed since the room was small with no review at all. I saw a flea in a sink, but didn’t take photos since no further expectation from cleanliness.

This store is quite good, with a very good environment. It just opened this year. The facilities and equipment are among the best in Hangzhou youth hostels. It is clean and comfortable, and there are aunties cleaning it every day. The beds in the room are all new, which is pretty good. The people living here are all young people and their quality is quite good. Moreover, this store is very close to popular attractions in Hangzhou such as the West Lake Scenic Area and Hefang Street. It can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. It is very suitable for young people to go out and reduce the cost of accommodation. The service at the front desk is also very good. There is a person named Xiao Xu who praises him by name. The service is warm and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

A huge hotel located in a decent area of Hangzhou. West lake is about a 15/20 minute walk away. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options and a kids play area if traveling with young children. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi/children’s pool water was not that warm sadly. Room was very nice and spacious.
