Hotels near Santai Pavilion in Hangzhou

The room was very comfortable and fully equipped! The hotel is hidden in the mountains and forests, and the outdoor environment is very elegant and beautiful! Traveling and playing is also very convenient. On the first night we arrived, we were given three kinds of fruits and snacks, which was very heart-warming! Xiao Tang, Xiao Wang, and Xiao Shao provide considerate and enthusiastic service! The buffet breakfast has many varieties and is delicious; after having a self-ordered dinner, the dishes are very cost-effective! Next time I go to Hangzhou, I’ll stay at Liutong Hotel!

I booked it before I went there, and I was worried about the hygiene at first. I read in the comments section that some people said the hygiene conditions were not good, but after I went there I found it was quite clean. The villa was renovated and the yard is very charming.

Facilities: It seems a bit old compared to other hotels, but it has all the necessary facilities and the bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: The hygiene in the room is okay, but there is floating soil. The hygiene in the restaurant is not very good. The dishes are not cleaned very well. Environment: The price/performance ratio is very high and the environment is pretty good. Service: The ladies who checked in were all very nice, but the restaurant staff, except for the older waiters and aunties, were very nice, and there were two middle-aged women who were not very nice. There was a soup in our set meal, and she said it was no longer available. They didn't show us the menu and asked me to change it to the cheapest one. After looking at the menu, I said I wanted to change it to sea cucumber soup and she was still a little unhappy. . . Maybe you think we have too many things? But there was a man who must be the manager who was very considerate of the customers. We wanted to pack the unfinished fruit back to the room. He took the initiative to bring us a packing box and his service attitude was very good. He was very different from the other middle-aged woman. Overall, it was okay. good

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

The location of the hotel is very advantageous, and it is very convenient to go to scenic spots. It happened to be a severe cold day when we arrived. When we went to the hotel for dinner, we even gave us mutton soup, which was very heart-warming! The scenery of the hotel is very elegant. You can feel the nature without leaving the hotel. Huajia Villa is right next to it! The service from the lady at the front desk was great and she even sent our luggage back to the room! However, the wait time for dinner was relatively long, and there were only a few tables in the restaurant, so the wait was almost an hour! The food is served slowly! It may be that the Chinese New Year is approaching, but I feel that the occupancy rate is not very high and it is not very popular! In other aspects, I am quite satisfied. It is a good experience!

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

I can’t believe that I could stay in such an excellent hotel at this price. I like Song’s aesthetics both inside and out. The heating in Hangzhou at 0 degrees is still warm enough It is very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions The boss is very hospitable. You can make tea on the first floor. Will visit again!

It is relatively more comfortable to travel in September, because there is the Asian Games in Hangzhou, and I want to go for a walk in the West Lake with my friends. The city is too far away from the city, so I chose the folk customs of Santaiyunshe, which is closer to the West Lake. I prefer peace and quiet. I chose this famous hotel. The most important thing is that they have rooms decorated in a simple Japanese style that I like. The mattresses are also the softness and hardness that I like. The butler’s service is very good and considerate. There are two monitors in the store. The cute cat didn’t want to leave. It only took about 15 minutes to go for a walk to West Lake after dinner. I was very satisfied with this visit.

Very good inn with nice atmosphere and warm welcoming in a small typical village. The rooms are clean and our son loved his futon bed! You can appreciate a good breakfast or Chinese or western style. Many activities, books and games are à available for kids. Just nearby, you have small restaurants. A little far from the city center, but convenient if you ride bicycle.

Nice stay, very friendly staff. Location is good too, easy to get around and great to ride towards the lake from this area using rental bikes available everywhere. The only downside is that our room was relatively noisy, we could hear sounds from the other rooms around. When booking, I suggest reaching out and asking for a room on the side of the hotel, which should be a bit better sound-wise.
