I stayed at this hotel when I came to rafting in August 2022, and I chose this hotel this May Day. The front desk was very nice during the day when I checked in at 4.30 and gave me a small gift. When I checked out at 5.2, I also refunded the parking fee. The store manager was also very nice. Including the follow-up, I left a piece of clothing, called the store and it was delivered the next day. I was very satisfied with it in every way. However, when I returned to the hotel at around 1 a.m. on May 2nd and asked the front desk if there was a laundry room and whether the parking fee could be refunded, the front desk staff with an intern sign (but he looked like he was 40+) had an extremely bad attitude. , we asked very politely if we could refund the parking fee now, and her exact words were, ”Who told you that you can refund it! If everyone comes to ask me, am I just going to refund it to you casually?”, she also said I can’t remember exactly what it was, but this sentence seemed even more harsh when I learned from another front desk the day before that the parking fee could be refunded, which gave me a very poor sensory experience during this trip. I hope that staff can be trained on this point so that the overall experience of the guests will not be affected by a certain situation.
