The hotel is supposed to be 4 star but the service is not so . After we checked in , we found out the soap and other items in the shower were empty. Wi-Fi was not existent in the room . After we complained, the front desk said that is nothing they can do. The location is good , walking distance to Hangzhou East train station, about 15 minutes away on the right facing Ningbo road.

I booked this hotel to accompany my high school student to participate in the marathon. It is very convenient and a few minutes walk to Xiushui Square. We were also upgraded to a lake view room. This is a very happy trip. I came to Hangzhou specifically for the competition. Hangzhou is beautiful and the people in Hangzhou are very welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed in this hotel for the first time. The ladies at the front desk, Xiao Jiang and Xiao Han, made me appreciate the city of Hangzhou. The city has added a lot of expectations. We arrived at the hotel very late on the first day with a group of students. They quickly helped us check in, not only on the first floor, but also prepared toiletries, fruits, etc. for the children. , they delayed our check-out the next day and allowed the children to change clothes before finishing the game, which saved us a lot of trouble. Other schools were in a hurry with their luggage for the game. I am really grateful to the two ladies at the front desk for the help they gave to the children.
