I stayed here last year and I stayed here again today. My room 709 is quite nice. There is a wardrobe at the entrance with plenty of clothes and hangers. The sink is also spacious with storage area. The bed and the whole head are quite soft. The room is clean and odorless. The bathroom is also of a suitable size. I am 180 pounds and fat. It is comfortable to take a shower. The automatic flushing toilet is very good, and the toilet paper is also quite thick. I am also quite satisfied with the breakfast. There are many options and the taste is not bad. Stayed in 1103, the room is spacious and bright, the room is cleaned very well, the breakfast is rich, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the doorman took the initiative to help carry the luggage, not bad, there is also a review form in the room, the elevator up and down the stairs is very fast. Generally speaking, hotel service facilities and rooms are small. However, due to the location of the hotel, it is understandable that the service is generally changed. The internal facilities of the bathroom are too small, which is a bit difficult for tall and fat people. The rest is okay. The hotel is close to local scenic spots. , transportation is convenient, and snacks are available at convenience stores nearby.

the aircon in our room was very warm during our stay. we called the hotel reception to fix it but they cannot do anything about it as its centrally controlled. otherwise location is good and convenient as it is located near the subway station. staff are helpful and friendly but I really cannot stand the warm temperature in the room. I will not come back again as my sleep was disrupted by the warm temperature every night.

Hotel is clean and near to Westlake scenic spot. Upon arrival, we got complimentary drinks and snacks at the dining room which located next to hotel lobby. Hotel do provide washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is pretty good with many varieties and the dining area is pretty clean and cozy to kick start our day great. Toilet room and shower room are separately build, but both room shared the same door which mean that you can only close one room with door at one time. Overall it is a very nice hotel and definitely will going back!

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.
