The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes from the West lake so you can take a refreshing and peaceful walk by the lake in the early morning. The hotel has buffet for lunch and the variety of food is really amazing! Lots of fresh and high quality seafood! The rooms are all decorated in the nice Hangzhou style, adding to the wonderful memories of staying there. The personal of the hotel is very friendly, polite and always trying to help if needed.

Very good hotel, it's the 3rd time and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and got upgraded. The suite room is clean and has a comfortable bathtub. The bed is big with different pillows to choose from. The breakfast has western and chinese food with a good selection. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

My husband and I decided to go out for a hot spring bath at the last minute. The resort experience was very good, and the cave hot springs were very exciting hahahaha! The rainbow slide was fun, but I was scared to death because I was timid, hahahaha! The buffet breakfast provided was great! It was also fun to play billiards in the gym. All the service staff had very good attitudes, especially the receptionist, Ms. Li Tingting, who was very patient and attentive. High praise.

Excellent location along the west lake in HangZhou. The hotel owns a portion of the lake as well, which allows for scenic walks along the river and greens. Area inside the hotel is extremely quiet. Staff and service are excellent. Foreigners may have trouble with communication, as staff speaks Mandarin mostly. However that is expected, as the hotel is typically reserved for Chinese state officials.

Three days of business travel in Hangzhou. On a whim, according to the hotel rankings of Ctrip Hotels, I stayed at the No. 1 Fayun Aman on the first day, the third-ranked Relais & Chateaux on the second day, and the second-ranked Relais & Châteaux on the third day. The Four Seasons at West Lake has the smallest room, the welcome fruit is three small oranges, and the most expensive. As a member, I can’t book the room types on Ctrip on the app. My friends who traveled with me have great opinions, but all the subsequent services of Four Seasons Hotel She was speechless and thought it was a wise choice for me to arrange to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel for the last night of the trip. The only regret is that I arrived late and couldn't go to the cruise ship for afternoon tea. Happy to make an appointment to come back at the end of the month.
