Great Holiday in Hangzhou the room is nice and confortable very easy access area to go shopping mall and order food delivery can send to hotel , tips for the room some of the room might hot is because of sunny view room but it quiet area great for couple , the staff is nice and friendly, first day on arrival i notice the room was warm in evening one of the reception lady 慧子 she carry the fan and send to my room really kind and efficient . on next day i want to go to west lake the front dest staff give amazing information and what to do if arrive west lake . overall happy and will come back next holiday in this hotel杭州大假日 房间很舒适，离购物中心很近，点菜可以送到酒店，有的房间有点热 可能是向阳的原因，但安静的区域对情侣来说很好，工作人员很友好，第一天到了，我注意到房间晚上很热，接待小姐慧子她带着风扇送到我的房间，真的很亲切和有效率。 第二天，我想去西湖，出发前酒店工作人员给出了很好的建议。总体来说很高兴，再出游杭州还会选择这家酒店😉

I don’t think I’ve stayed at a place with as much personality as this place: There are so many messages on the walls that it feels like the building is talking to you. Although a bit far from downtown, it’s in a nice modern neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants around. Dujiaqiao metro station is close, as is Wanda Plaza. Liked the projector in the room. Loved the tall windows. Power bank stations are on every floor, really convenient. The rooms feel like an IKEA showroom and aren’t as comfortable as they could be. The decor feels cost efficient. Deliveries were problematic because there aren’t any robotic butlers. Breakfast looked very basic so I went to Tim’s across the pathway. Staff was great.

This hotel is not in a super location, but it is in a nice location to be able to get to other areas easily enough. There is a shopping mall close, a park and several other things you can enjoy as well. The room was and hotel itself seemed very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable overall. If you get the breakfast buffet, you will want to go to the main buffet and not the second-floor buffet which only has a fraction of the main buffet. I would stay here again if I needed to go to Hangzhou and stay somewhere. For the price, honestly, it cannot be beaten. I am truly sorry I did not take any pictures, but I can assure you it is well worth the money. A true bargain.

I came back to Hangzhou for work and stayed in a hotel first. The hotel room was decorated very well, especially in a modern style. All the electrical appliances seemed to be smart. The room was very large, the bathroom was also very clean, and its sunshade curtains were very beautiful. The service of the front desk guy was very good. He handed me a bottle of mineral water while I was waiting for the bus, which was very thoughtful. Next time my family comes over, I will choose Meitu Hotel again.

It was a very good check-in experience. The front desk staff upgraded the room to a higher level for free. It was a pleasant stay. It was raining when I checked out. The manager on duty probably gave me an umbrella as a gift. The service was really good.
