Hotels Near Lian Hall in Hangzhou

Located in the quietest section of the famous Beishan Street by the West Lake, this hotel has a lot of style, reminding me of the old Pujiang Hotel in Shanghai, simple, exquisite, and profound, every corner of which tells of the glory of the old times, elegant and intellectual, extremely petty bourgeoisie, such a romantic place satisfies my little thoughts of a literary youth. Other aspects such as the comfort of bedding and the enjoyment of service are naturally very compatible with this hotel. There is a very amazing 1913 restaurant that echoes the West Lake scenery outside the window, and the food and scenery are very pleasant...

The hotel feels like it is on a mountain. There is a slope when you enter. The environment is beautiful and the air is good. The breakfast is not included in the advance booking on Ctrip, but it feels like the price is booked at the top of the mountain. The lady at the front desk who checked us in sent us breakfast. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. Thanks to the lady, but I didn't remember her name. The lady who was working at 2 pm on August 4th, the takeaway and the robot delivery, the room was very clean and there were welcome fruits. Because I brought my children, I asked the aunt who cleaned the floor for children's slippers. The aunt was polite and enthusiastic, and the service was also very thoughtful. I would like to praise Aunt Zhang Xiaopei. It is really close to the West Lake Impression, and it is very convenient to walk back after watching the show. Recommended!

We went to this hotel for a short holiday and it’s been the most amazing experience! When we got there the staff attended us in perfect fluent English! We got an upgrade to a better room due to the construction site nearby but honestly the noise wasn’t even noticeable. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in a long time huge variety of stuff western food, fresh juices, cereals, english breakfast, all kinds of dumplings… The leisure area is beautiful we played tennis and the coach was genuinely kind and we are still in touch with him, became our friend! Hahaha really nice sauna, steam room, awesome swimming pool, quiet gym… really really nice. And it’s got a Starbucks inside of the hotel… + great attraction the surrounding area. I absolutely recommend this place for foreigners and locals.

The.staff here, despite not speaking ANY English were EXCELLENT. They were so helpful, and genuinely tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.The girl and boy who checked me in did a great job. Room was clean and spacious. Good shower, with plenty of hot water. Bed large and comfortable. AC did leak water into the room a couple of times, do hope that will be fixed. When checking out presented with a snack and small soft toy, a very thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in the hotel has been a very pleasant experience! Throughout our trip in different cities in China, we felt that UrCove left the best impression and we had an excellent stay there. This was right outside the metro station exit, though when we arrived we had to take the next exit further down from the hotel (can’t remember if it was exit 3, 4 or 5?) as the nearest exit didn’t have a up-going escalator for our luggages. The stay came with access to the gym and washing machine where we could do our laundry. Some of the room functions can be AI-automated (however it only responses to Chinese language/Mandarin) - we could get it to play songs and stuff. If I recall correctly, the hotel has a mini-app/program in WeChat where you can connect with the hotel staff (if you have any requests etc). The staff were also kind and friendly, and were accommodating to our request. There’s a mall opposite which can be accessed by the metro underpass. The underpass also has different food (and some bubble tea + other beverages) stores so you’ll never have to worry about the lack of food options around the area. There’s a Family Mart in the metro underpass too. A minor inconvenience is the lack of a dry area to place clean clothes in the bathroom to change into after shower. But this didn’t affect the overall experience we had in the hotel (wish we didn’t have to check out!). UrCove has won our hearts and it’ll definitely be our top choice for stays when we visit various cities in the Mainland again!

The location of the hotel is super good and the transportation is very convenient. It is at most 50 meters away from the subway entrance. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and the facilities are new. My two kids love it very much. Especially the Monkey King in various shapes in the hotel, everyone wants to take one home. When I was first making a guide, I noticed the rave reviews of this hotel, so I was looking forward to it even before checking in. As expected, everything I saw was a surprise. The service staff are very professional and friendly, especially Miss Zhou at the front desk. Thank you very much. I got up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight. Thank you very much for your thoughtful preparation of breakfast for our family, and even provided tissues. I, who already like Hangzhou, feel even more moved because of you. Everyone I met in Hangzhou was kind and friendly, even the maintenance man who came over when something went wrong at the hotel made people feel warmer. Because of you, I love Hangzhou even more. Looking forward to meeting you next time.

Hotel location and services by staff were great. Particularly like that there is a laundry room in the hotel equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. Hotel staff also help to keep your laundry if you can't afford to wait for clothes to dry up. 新開的一家酒店，裝修很不錯，電腦配置很好，玩遊戲一點都不卡，前台服務也還特別好，主動幫忙推薦了附近好玩的地方，到店以前提前給我打了電話，説了一下注意事項，服務很貼心，房間也特別乾淨。推薦喜歡玩遊戲的朋友來體驗體驗，真的特別棒，網魚路轉粉！

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Clean and comfortable bed and shower, has basic amenities that is sufficient for a solo traveller and short stay. However they do not provide bottled water daily during housekeeping and when I asked at the front desk they said it was chargeable at additional cost, which is rare for a hotel in China. Location is near Wulin street and west lake.
