The environment is super good, very suitable for friends to travel. There are six of us and we live very comfortably. Xiaojie at the front desk also helps with takeaways. The service attitude is super good. I will come again next time.

The hotel is located on the bank of West Lake, a 5-minute walk from the Broken Bridge, combining business convenience with leisure poetry. With giant screen projection and surround sound, you can watch movies immersively after finishing work late at night, and your fatigue will be swept away. Details such as Dyson hair dryers and L'Occitane toiletries show the quality, and the free drinks and movie snacks in the mini bar are even more considerate. The hotel has a unique design, with two black swans in the courtyard with small bridges and flowing water. The front desk service is professional and efficient, and the coordination of delayed check-out solved my tight schedule needs. Although it is famous for its movie theme, it is no less business-friendly-excellent sound insulation, smooth network, and suitable for meeting guests or being alone. This trip not only completed the work efficiently, but also encountered the fusion of movies and history in the century-old official residence, which can be called an unexpected surprise for business travel. I like the environment here, with green trees and lush trees. The environment inside the hotel is also very good. The area is very large and spacious. The standard tatami room is for doubles, but it is also completely suitable for children. The hotel specially added a bed for the children. The butler service is also very good. They will contact in advance for parking, dining and other situations. It is still a very comfortable trip.

It is located at 19-20th floor of a building. When I entered the room, cigarette smoke was there. The receptionist offered me another room. But she asked me whether I have touched or used the room. Finally I got new room but the cigarette smoke was also there. You have to pay for slippers. I communicated with 2 receptionist. The new joiner was more helpful and welcome. Hotel location is near with kfc, starbucks, or other local foods. You can also buy fruits nearby. But still far from the West Lake, need to take Didi (online taxi).

If it’s one of the best hotels in the area, I’m scared for the area itself. First of all, I called the hotel once I’ve landed, asking them to pick me up. The dialog was painful, as hotel stuff speaks little English and this guy put translator into my ear, however since I couldn’t provide them with my phone number or wechat (I was using esim, no number), we couldn’t agree on pick up and it was easier for me to call a local taxi and just get there by myself. The fastest way to get here from an airport is to use a highway, that comes with a tall, that I had to pay. Not sure whether I was scammed, but it happened. So the hotel had nice interior but they allow to smoke inside, so it smells like cigarettes everywhere, including the breakfast area, lobby, your room and the shower of your room too (I asked for non-smoking room). The room itself is clean, but busted, I had a cracked mirror and the furniture overall saw better days. As per breakfast, it’s various indeed, but all the labels come in Chinese and it’s hard to guess what you’re eating + they don’t have neither tea, nor coffee. I asked a lady for coffee at the breakfast and she brought me an instant one from somewhere, which is very nice of her, but not what I wanted. The last part is that I was the only white girl in the hotel that morning and Chinese men were staring and trying to approach me, which was really uncomfortable for me, which I didn’t expect to happen in Raddison, and partly my main choice for this hotel specifically. I would look for another place next time, not worth it.

The elevator in the arranged room is particularly far away, but the room has fruit to send. The mattress and pillows in the room are also very comfortable to sleep. The cooperative laundry room pays attention to the washing machine cleaning. There are black fluffs on the quilt sheets, but it doesn't matter. I have cleanliness but not much. There are quite a lot of breakfast types. There are robots for takeaways that can be delivered to the room. In addition, it is recommended that some alcohol cotton pads and disposable toilet pads be placed in the hotel room.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service standard is impeccable from the time we checked in, greeted by a helpful receptionist who is warm and patient despite our arrival close to midnight. The breakfast spread is generous. The service staff of the F&B and Housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming. By and large, hotel is very clean with a cozy ambiance and pointed decor. The subway station is very conveniently located, facilitating a fuss free travel to places of interests in Hangzhou.
