Hotels in West Lake Scenic Area, Hangzhou

We had a lovely stay here, especially 瑞瑞 is very kind and helpful. We checked in before 12 oclock which is convenient for us. Pillow is also comfortable. Hotel location is perfect, close to Xi Hu, Qing He Fang, in77 mall, and metro station. Robot is available in the hotel to help guests.

We spend a brilliant weekend in Hangzhou at the Zhejiang Hotel. Excellent location to metro line 1 as well as Wulin night market, and great room service. West lake was beautiful in the evening sun, despite the traffic control areas. Also the old hotel heating system gave us some discomfort as this very hot weekend left our room at 28c with only a weak fan. The National Tea Museum is a must-see, relaxing and well curated. Overall, very satisfied.

Had a family trip here in Hangzhou. I highly recommend Ren He Hotel as the location is amazing. I booked the room with the lake view and the view is worth every dollar. Will come back to this hotel again when I'm back here in Hangzhou! Thank you to all the staff for the great service and help!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience! The location is excellent—close to the main streets, the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any request, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh options. We would definitely return on our next visit

Super convenience location! Just next to subway station, walking distance to Wulin Night Market and Xi Lake. They provided fruit basket as per photo shown and the breakfast bar even provide ingredients for tea, which is quite thoughtful. One of the best hotels in Hangzhou we have stayed! Previously we stayed somewhere else and had a bad impression of that hotel but we managed to book this hotel in the last minute! Even though we have selected the normal queen room, upon check in they upgraded the room for us into a queen room with sofa bed instead! There is also a Dyson set for the ladies which was very handy! Overall our stay in Hangzhou for the last few days we had were very pleasant because of this hotel!! Will recommend it to my friends and families☺️

There isn't word to describe the fabulous stay in qiyupai! More than excellent in all aspects. First, the east meets west interior design is outstanding, love the zen tatami spacious room with a bathtub concept. Cosy living room area with a chinese tea set relaxing couch potato 🥔 experience. Right outside the room entrance is a unique bamboo garden. The service is top notch, too. Conceige offered help to do laundry overnight at free of charge. Really, you will regret not to stay at this premise. Centralized location with night market selling local delicacy and handicraft :]

The best stay ever at Hangzhou, the room is very clean, bed setup very comfortable..bath amenities good quality. Room attendance is very kind and active to serving..very satisfied with hotel..the location was great, from hotel across the road to metro station and family mart..there are a cafe and restaurants in front of the hotel. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend this hotel..

Good location, just opposite the shopping mall, surrounded with good food too, and walking distance to West Lake. Good service, staff very helpful and responded very fast. The room is very clean and suitable for families with children.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to the pier to take the canal boat and walk to museums nearby. We also walked to the west lake, about 1.4 km. The breakfast is good (Chinese style). We went during Chinese holidays and the hotel was full, people took all the pudding as soon as it arrived, but the hotel kept refilling. The room was very comfortable, big, with a bed and a nice view of the city (13 floor). The cleaning lady was very patient and cleaned our room past mid-day. The receptionist kiki helped us in English using WeChat translation, and gave us a lot of information on the walking tours to the west lake, pagoda and canal.
