Hotels in Binjiang Area, Hangzhou

I recently stayed at Paton View Hotel from September 4 to September 7, booking two rooms for three nights, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is not only very convenient in terms of location, but also offers excellent service. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and tidy, providing a pleasant and peaceful environment for relaxation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with wonderful staff and well-maintained rooms.

I give full mark on the service because the front desk allow us to check in early. Location is good, the Asia Game stadium and riverside walk is within walking distance. Going around town and tourist spots like west lake is within 30min by DiDi. Only dissatisfaction I got with this hotel is the gym. I understand not every hotel gym come with weight machines, but can you at least make sure the dumb bells set is a complete with full range of weight, not just 4, 10, 14, 18, 22kg.

Clean and nicely decorated. Smart room, so lights and curtains can be voice controlled. Toilet seat has electric seat warmer which is great for winter. Complimentary plate of fruits was placed on the table, and a cake and donut in my fridge.

The room was nice, but when I used the toilet, I found blood stains on the toilet seat that had not been wiped clean. Unfortunately, I was using disinfectant wipes to wipe around and didn't take a photo. The staff was very nice. The air conditioning in the room was not very cold, but it was enough. There are many restaurants downstairs and it is very close to the subway station, which is very convenient.

I made an impromptu decision to go to Hangzhou to watch the Badminton Tour Finals. I arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. It was very good. The hotel also upgraded the room. The breakfast was very good. The facilities were also complete. It was also close to the subway. The front desk service was also very friendly.

After listening to my friends, I couldn't wait to come to Hangzhou for a trip and booked a room. I remember that on the night of check-in, I brought a lot of luggage. After seeing it, the customer service Xiao Chen immediately called another front desk brother to help me move my luggage to the room. When checking in, the customer service Xiao Chen also gave my little son an Ultraman. As for my little cotton-padded jacket, the customer service Xiao Chen gave me a plush doll. Then the front desk girl took us to the room. After arriving in the room, I found that the air conditioner in the room had been turned on for me. The temperature was just right. It was really warm to help me get slippers. I stayed in the hotel for two days. The service there was really nice. There was breakfast, afternoon tea in the afternoon, and a bowl of noodles in the evening. It was rich and delicious. If you are bored, you can go to the gym to exercise. The gym is on the second floor. The rooms are all covered with Wi-Fi, which is password-free. You can log in with your mobile phone number verification. The Internet speed is very fast. If you order takeout, the small robot in the hotel can deliver it directly to your room door, which is convenient and fast. I still remember one time when the weather in Hangzhou was hot, and my little son's temperature was a little high. I thought he had a fever. I sent a message to the customer service Xiao Chen. She was on vacation at the time. She was very responsible and not sloppy. She contacted the front desk staff. The front desk staff quickly sent a thermometer and a children's fever patch. The first temperature measured with the thermometer was normal. After a while, I measured it again and it was still normal. I thought the thermometer was broken and contacted the customer service Xiao Chen again. She didn't have an impatient tone, but asked the front desk staff to send me the thermometer again. The thermometer showed normal after several measurements, and my son didn't have any abnormal reactions. Maybe I was overthinking. After that, the customer service Xiao Chen asked us from time to time if we had any questions and would help us solve them at any time. Although I only stayed for one night, I left a deep impression. The hotel is very clean and smells really good. Hotel food unfortunately you have to walk to next door and climb 3 floors before you get to eat. Selection on food was ok. The house keeping lady was very nice when i asked for more water, she sent me many bottles. You get convenient store just next to the hotel and also some small restaurant to get your food. Also the sound of banging of the door was very loud. And people talking. Also they don’t have much tv programs to watch. I really enjoyed the room cos its really clean and bed is quite nice to sleep too.

Excellent location with quick access to metro stations; convenient stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Room is clean and spacious with good air-conditioning; access to fitness room and self-service laundry a big plus. Breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, lack of air-conditioning in common areas can be unbearable in summer months.

I looked through the photo album and found that I didn't take photos of the room this time. Well, I'll just use the photos from my visit in August! Since the room was upgraded last time, it was very large. The room I came in during the National Day holiday this time lacked an outdoor balcony and a bathtub, but everything else was similar! The hotel service was as good as always. Checking in and checking out were super fast. The front desk lady Li was very considerate and asked if I had a car, how to get a parking ticket from her, and which entrance to the parking lot to take. She explained it very clearly. Every time I come, she will take the initiative to inform me of the breakfast time for the next day and the supper time for that night! The breakfast variety is rich and there are too many choices! After eating supper, you can go to the gym next to it to digest the food. After taking a shower, you can take the clothes you don't want to wash yourself to the laundry room next to the gym. It is a washing and drying machine, which is very convenient. Since my family came to this store last time, they only let me choose this one in Hangzhou!
