位置很好，出門就是南宋御街，酒店周邊小橋流水，古色古香，風景優美。前台服務很好，笑臉相迎，進出都會和我們打招呼。衞生乾淨，毛巾很新。早餐可口美味，推薦大家來住。

酒店位置非常好，就在鼓樓附近，下面就是南宋御街，河坊步行街也在附近，吃喝逛都很方便，房間整體裝修稍微有點舊，但也比較整潔乾淨，設施也齊全，早餐略為簡單，服務還算OK的，總體來説比較滿意

跟朋友一起來出行住宿，酒店位置很驚喜，就在南宋御街步行街裏面，出門可以逛逛步行街，也可以爬爬山。酒店房間衞生乾淨，酒店工作人員服務態度都非常的好，全程微笑服務，讓人心情舒適。房間空間也很大，整體設計也很好，暖色系的裝修，讓人心裏暖暖噠。同時稱讚下酒店的早餐，很好吃。酒店距離西湖很近，周邊的交通很便利，公交地鐵就在附近，還有很多的公用自行車，出行很是方便。下次有機會，一定還會來這家酒店，推薦推薦推薦～～～

酒店環境好，房間安靜，可以看到伍公山。前台小姐姐服務熱情，給我們調了帶窗户的房間，非常感謝。衞生很乾凈，很清爽。酒店出門就是步行街，環境優美，適合拍照。這次的酒店讓人滿意，下次有機會來杭州，還會選擇。
