非常非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，攜程這個套餐真的非常非常划算，2晚別墅才2000，酒店的各項設施都非常用心。但是軟性的酒店服務要是再精進一下，就完全可以媲美西子湖四季酒店了、文華東方酒店了。
【地理位置】
酒店是業主是萬向集團，運營管理也是自己，應該是萬向自己第一次做酒店，所以一切都很大方。酒店叫做莊園，一般註冊名稱可以用“府”“莊園”的都是需要名副其實的。酒店佔地面積超級大超級大，完全一個鳥語花香，依山傍水，景色美死了。整一個西湖國賓館的感覺，拚命吸氧，吐故納新就對了。
就是別墅距離前台餐廳啥的都有點遠，每次都要做接駁車，出行稍微有一點點不方便。
【客房及設施】
別墅和普通客房都是一起的，共享大廳和設計。酒店的設計是大象公司（貌似）很多頂級奢牌酒店的設計公司，新中式的莊園風格，融合了很多中式傳統巧思，非常非常用心。硬件絕對沒話講，細細品味，不誇張的説絕對是杭州硬件最好的酒店，加上植被這些加持，完全不是城市高層酒店可以比擬的。
這次免費升級到了雙層獨棟別墅（攜程沒得賣）的隱藏房型，下面客廳，上面客房，舒服的要命，想住上一個星期。
【酒店服務】
管家包括酒店工作人員都很貼心，有求必應的那種。但是禮賓部還有餐飲部服務一般，不夠熱情和主動，主要是沒有國際酒店集團的管理，培訓上還是有一點缺乏的。別墅住客免費享受前台各種飲料、水果、小食，都是山姆的東西，品質保證，而且很實在。但是缺乏一點點奢華酒店的高級感。
生日贈送的蛋糕十分用心，無敵好吃，比我在澳門瑞吉和永利皇宮吃到的歡迎蛋糕還要好吃，草莓很新鮮，而且層次豐富，有心了！
特別謝謝Eric、還有幾位男的，以及幫忙辦理入住的女管家，幾個管家都非常棒，很貼心的。
反正性價比是絕了，希望以後有機會能再來！！
但是不要安排太靠近裏面的別墅，出行確實有點不方便。其他都非常完美，酒店也大方，有求必應！值得推薦喜歡staycation，不愛出門特種兵的友友們。

被升級了高級套房，是別墅區裏最高的那個，有個很大的客廳、大露台、大陽台，真好。服務態度友好，外賣可以送到房間。退房時，接駁車司機特地到門口幫忙拿箱子。

逍遙莊園我非常認可三點：
首先就是環境與房間設計，那就是一個字“絕”了。
杭州西湖區的酒店沒少住，但能與逍遙莊園相媲美的，幾乎難尋幾家。
其二，就是早餐太棒了，奢華酒店的水平的早餐，食材地道，品種頗多，中西餐應有盡有。
其三，就是為客人服務的管家團隊，其服務精準又貼心，還高效，如我住莊園三次，每次都給我安排了同一房間，真是如同回家了。
知道我喜歡泡茶，還備足了礦泉水。
總之，逍遙莊園是值得信賴，值得常光臨的奢華酒店。

這次五一假期出行又是應👦的要求，天氣好，環境幽靜怡人😃管家貼心幫忙安排了合適的房型，感受不同風格的房型，孩子非常喜歡😘五一人流量大 ，入住客人多，我們對香園已經非常熟悉，去年暑假到今年已經來了四五次了，工作人員的服務與環境一如既往的好。就是早餐服務上，工作人員應該是太忙了，收拾桌面無法跟上節奏。總體入住感還是不錯的，還參加了旅拍，已經是第三次了，攝影師技術還是非常不錯👍總之再次感謝☺️管家的貼心安排與服務

酒店環境很棒，基本一步一景，別墅很安靜，辦理入住在書吧，可以取吃的帶回房間，出行有接駁車，五一高峯車子也來的很快。房間有户外露台，就是露台私密性還不夠，人走來走去可以看到，一定要拉上窗簾，坐車看到其他一些房間好像隱蔽些。
酒店活動也很豐富，體驗了做餅乾和宋氏點茶，還贈送了3張旅拍，含中式服裝，選了馬面裙，拍得不錯，最後加了點照片，收費也合理。
建議：停車場上來缺少別墅辦理的相關指示牌指引，我到達大堂，去前台辦理，工作人員查詢到是別墅才把我帶過去書吧。早餐不夠豐富，這個價位要對標下國際五星的早飯水準。
這次天氣不好，下雨，就在酒店玩了，湘湖沒有好好逛，期待二刷酒店，把周邊再玩一下。

今年第二次來香園了，一如既往的好。酒店地理位置極佳出酒店就是湘湖，緊鄰越王城山，散步遊湖登山都非常方便。不想出去的酒店裡走走也挺舒服的。這次訂了兩間山景別墅酒店管家安排的非常貼心兩間相鄰景觀也非常好非常感謝！中餐廳的菜品味道很棒早餐也豐富，逍遙莊園香園來湘湖度假的不二選擇！

酒店還送了旅拍，萬萬沒想到拍的很不錯
早晨晚上的自助餐很棒很好吃，拌麪尤其好吃
別墅區有山姆水果飲料小餅乾無限吃，還有孩子非常喜歡的波樂樂水

逍遙山莊端莊大氣👍環境優雅， 依山傍水 ，綠樹成蔭，鳥語花香，小橋流水，是洗肺吸氧休閑度假的理想之地。
