This is my second time staying in this hotel. I'll experience the two-bedroom villa. First of all, let me talk about the advantages: the hotel environment is elegant, with beautiful scenery everywhere; the service is very good, especially the housekeepers: Xiao Pan, Xiao Bao, and Xiao Zheng, who are very efficient in answering questions and solving problems; the villa is very large and the layout is very comfortable, very suitable for a family of all ages to live in; the Xianghu Scenic Area is just outside the hotel, suitable for lake cruises. The disadvantages are that the bathroom has a bit of odor, and the air conditioner is a bit loud at night. Overall, it's very good, recommended!

I was worried that the bed was a little small and the baby would not sleep, but the baby liked it very much, and even when he was not sleeping, he would crawl in to play. Xiangyuan's shuttle bus is very convenient to call a car and the car comes very quickly. Due to Xiaobao's work and rest schedule, we packed two meals and afternoon tea to eat in the room. The hotel shuttle bus will help deliver the meals to the room. When you receive it, it is still hot, which is very convenient. The hotel has a small but complete children's playground. The baby likes it very much. I went there three times, and the amusement facilities are just enough for the baby. I had a very pleasant weekend. I would like to thank the housekeepers Xiao Bao, Xiao Zong, Xiao Pan, and Xiao Zheng for responding to our needs very promptly. Xiangyuan's housekeeper service is first-class. I will stay here next time!
