店主態度差，零服務，衞生臟亂，衞生間臟臭，氣味聞會讓人嘔吐，滿房間都是蚊子。且連收費停車點到沒有。這是我至今出差遇到最差的公寓，這次外出旅遊最不開心一事。

地理位置：靠近西湖柳浪聞鶯公園，可以從那邊走到雷峯塔。也靠近高銀街和吳山廣場，吃飯也方便。
房屋乾淨整潔，和圖片的介紹的一樣。
老闆人不錯，入住方便快捷，有問必答。

交通方便，就在西湖邊，到商場也非常方便，想去靈隱寺的話走幾百米就有公交車站，可以坐到靈隱寺。
房間有三張床，乾淨整潔，玩了一天洗完熱水澡還有投影儀可以看電影，絕對舒服。

全程無接觸入住，房東會發給你網上註冊訊息和密碼鎖，很方便。位置也很棒，步行5分鐘到西湖和清河坊。房東很熱情，正好趕上下雨天還推薦了遊玩地點。缺點是不太隔音，街坊鄰里無論在做什麼都聽的一清二楚，因為下雨窗外的水拍打聲很清晰，半夜還有鄰居在洗衣服也聽的很清楚😂，對面就是一所小學，會有鈴聲還有課間操聲，不過如果你出門很早就不會受影響，我確實兩個晚上都沒咋睡好🥹。因為房間裏不配備飲用水，所以可以用廚房的燒水壺，會發現廚房的蟲子也很多，可能是一樓比較潮濕的緣故，但房間裏是沒有的，不過滿牆壁的蚊子屍體也是很觸目驚心很壯觀🤣。如果你怕蟲子或是睡覺很輕睡不了硬床，不推薦。他家有很多個location可供挑選，可以試試別的地點。

房間很大，生活用品一應俱全，兩張大床，看電視還有投影大屏，最重要的是地理位置優越，離西湖非常近，離安定門地鐵站也非常近，附近還有共享單車，非常方便，推薦入住！
