酒店在一個林場裏面，環境優美，沒有電梯，上樓提行李不太方便，不過服務員會很熱情的幫忙。我選的是星空房，衞生間比較大，與客廳相連，私密性略差，投影儀安裝得不太牢靠，晚上非常安靜，可能遊客不多，周邊也都是山林。早上鳥語花香，空氣清新，可以去散散步。早餐很簡約，每人一份套餐，營養搭配合理，管飽。服務員都很和善，小哥哥還開上電瓶車帶着我們在周邊轉轉，還免費請我們品嚐酒店的自製綠茶（味道有點清淡，色澤不錯），藍莓幹（甜度很高，口感很好）。

來過幾次了，服務人員對狗子非常友好，距離杭州很近，所以會經常帶狗子來玩，
設施：客房面積非常寬敞明亮，主要是帶庭院，喝茶曬個太陽很愜意
衞生：衞生很棒，
環境：酒店的環境非常山野，親近大自然。
下次冬季再來體驗採摘～

非常適合親子來。
酒店的服務也做得很好，親切主動。

服務特別好，服務員見面每次都主動熱情招呼，有需要及時響應解決。鄧主管主動提供觀光車附近導覽服務。大大小小10口子對酒店服務都特別滿意。等秋天再來體驗露營

酒店所在在莊園很漂亮，有很多有趣的親子活動（露營、徒步、藍莓採摘）。 但到達水庫需要駕車離開園區，有10分鐘車程左右。
酒店外觀很有設計感，美中不足是衞浴設施有點low，相對於酒店的定位和1400的房價有點拉垮，就不算不考慮品牌，馬桶蓋甚至連緩沖都沒有，需要輕輕扶着蓋板才能不砸下來

一家五口出行，帶一個2歲的寶寶和寵物。非常好的體驗。工作人員的熱情恰到好處，不會讓i人感覺過度，但也能明顯感覺他們是發自內心的喜歡寶寶的寵物。整體環境非常適合放空身心。有小朋友遊樂的地方。周邊餐飲業能讓人滿意，價格不算貴，味道也不錯。
