I find this place very comfortable to stay in Hangzhou. The room is quite spacious and clean. Easy access to West Lake and Hefang Pedestrian Street by walking. However it’s quite a long walk from metro station. The nearest one is Ding-An but you have to go through a few underground passes in order to reach the hotel (quite troublesome to those with heavy luggages). You may consider using Wushan Square station instead.

Location wise is very near the westlake and is tucked away in a corner & away from the main street. Cosy,quiet location except if the room is above the main door, it might be noisy in the early morning. Th front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location, close to scenic views and plenty of places to eat at and explore. Wonderful hotel with everything you need for your stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and had many options.

Overall a great experience. I had a room facing the parking lot and it was quite noisy in the morning and at night.
Try to get a room facing the front entrance instead.
The smell of tea is amazing. I wished that people would not spit in the stairways. Very unsanitary but not the fault of the hotel.
Location wise: about two blocks away from
West Lake.
Will I stay here again? Yes.
