朋友説房間設施很新，乾淨衞生，早餐種類也豐富，水果新鮮，還挺好，值得入住。主要是離熱門景點西湖和靈隱寺都很近的，有機會自己也會去入住的！

酒店乾淨衞生服務很好，住了好幾天每天阿姨打掃的很乾凈也很貼心把衣服都摺疊好。早餐品種很多，水果蔬菜都很新鮮，風味豆漿很不錯。番薯玉米很健康，白粥熬製的很精緻。早餐很不錯品種很多，早上喝上一碗粥很暖和，現磨豆漿也很不錯很健康，很乾凈衞生，新鮮好吃，不錯不錯，服務好

本次旅行全季酒店上了大分!!!
房間設施:夜間休息很安靜。房間設施很新~很齊全，電視很大，投屏也極其方便。
床:床鋪很軟，走了一天可以休息的很好。阿姨次日會及時給你補充拖鞋礦泉水用品。電梯刷卡進入樓層，安全性很強，早餐不吃酒店可以去附近吃。

杭州春暖花開 風景美麗 人情更美麗❤️ 全季酒店黃龍店位於浙大路上 這個社區單純安靜 交通十分便利 出門走不到1分鐘就有公交站 到西湖岳廟只要三站 酒店大廳寬敞明亮 溫馨有氣質

最難能可貴的是服務全方位 💯💯💯
前枱人員十足專業 細心又週到
小麗姑娘笑容可掬 誠意滿滿
松子姑娘親切可愛 體貼熱誠
早餐也很棒 清爽健康 各種品項通通有 煮麵阿姨十分親切
餐廳開放到9點 但是我看到有幾位姑娘姍姍來遲 將近9點才開吃 工作人員完全沒有怠慢 還把食物加熱了一番 所有的品項一個也沒少 真的是以客為尊 這一點 全季酒店黃龍店值得10000個讚 😃

全季酒店的性價比很高，交通便利，周圍有很多餐廳和購物中心。前台服務人員熱情周到，辦理入住和退房手續迅速高效，保安大叔也很熱心，協助車位停車，感覺很温馨。房間乾淨整潔，床單被套洗得很乾凈，環境很舒適。整體來説，這次住宿體驗非常滿意，無論是從服務還是舒適度上都超出了我的預期。

1.服務很好，有問題都能及時解答
2.酒店位置也不錯，距離景區很近
3.洗手池的水龍頭必須吐槽，特別矮，又靠近角落，必須把手腕摺疊90°以上才能洗到。水壺也無法接水。強烈建議更換水龍頭！
