前合接待人員素質很差，不熱情，問詢個什麼，回覆生硬，表情冷漠，態度強勢，總體環境不錯，周圍吃飯購物比較方便，房間衞生打掃不徹底（比喻地面多處有頭髮），死角比較多，有蚊蟲叮咬，無法入睡，酒店外表大氣，看起來上檔次，收費也比較貴，但室內連瓶水也沒有，衹有燒自來水喝，表裡不一。

房間看出來是新裝修，但是入住體驗太差了。定的房間一開始垃圾桶沒有更換，還有上個客人的扔的在。更換了個房間，比原來的小。但是覺得沒關係。意想不到的是晚上入睡，樓下是足浴ktv,十一二點還在唱歌，隔音太差。最離譜的是，半夜突然窗户外燈開了，去看什麼情況，發現窗户外面是走廊，有位員工還不知道是哪位的就在走廊那，我沒穿衣服，雙目對視……如果我也沒有完全合縫拉起來的話，走廊外面的人是可以看到房間裡頭的情況。私隱安全太差了。情況後打前台電話，衹有解釋加抱歉，並沒有給解決。空調製冷也不行，也不敢開窗户。睡下來又悶有不踏實。總之，不會再來。

服務態度不錯，不足的是房間漏水，大半夜天花板上牆皮落下來砸到地板上被嚇醒了🙃🙃，不過還好沒有落到人身上。

酒店衞生乾淨，被子也是乾燥的，之前住過一些酒店被子摸上去總是潤潤的，這家被子很舒服，樓下有家吳江生活超市，比較大，東西齊全，還有個鞋服商城，往前走一點，有個瀏陽蒸菜，味道好，分量足，實惠，下次去瓶窯，還住這家酒店，吃瀏陽蒸菜家的飯。感覺生活在瓶窯的話，幸福指數活很高😉

最想吐槽的就是隔音，幾乎是沒有隔音。晚上有人在走廊走路的聲音也聽的一清二楚，住了好幾個旅遊團，其中一個團週末一大早5點多就開始嘰嘰喳喳，在走廊吵了有一個小時，中間隔壁住户喊話也沒用。住的房間也能聽到餐廳的碗筷聲。 設施：特惠房窗户對着走廊，對着的那一圈看起來像是幼兒園改造的，怕私隱問題也不會拉開窗簾，感覺還不如無窗 衞生：靠枕上有個明顯的煙頭洞也不更換 周圍酒店很多，價格接近的也有，還是連鎖酒店標準化程度更高踩雷機率小
