給你個好評收好不謝。免得説我惡意差評。五星就不給了。客觀點
🚗 交通：自己開車方便，地鐵走路十多分鐘，公交沒坐過不知道，上樓需要前台刷卡，不方便，疫情我也理解。
🍃環境：環境確實不錯，裝修也可以，光線偏暗，空調有點吵，衞生間淋浴有點透明，情侶適合，自己根據情況。
🧹衞生：入住第二天阿姨來敲門我説等會我們一會就出門她説先收拾一部分，然後我們出門回來就圖一，前台解釋阿姨新來給忘了，你説給我延長三點，我本來就到兩點，我要求退一天房費或者多住一天，前台説沒權限，我看有客人來辦理業務我怕影響你，我説上報，回頭再説，回來以後又發現其他問題告訴前台你覺得我是因為後面的問題又要求一天，前面問題沒上報解決後面又發現問題不能説了？圖二是毛巾破損，圖八是浴巾，三天給我換了三次都是這個狀態，我不知道浴袍其他酒店是什麼情況，我認為是一天一換，你説廠家沒送，那也不是我的原因。圖三鏡子就沒擦過，圖四被套破了要求換，換了個小點破洞的圖五。圖六拖鞋永遠給我留兩雙，怕我捨不得換？圖七浴缸因為塞子下面有花瓣沒掏乾淨，圖九是淋浴室防滑墊，擺放不整齊。
🔔服務：我評論説我因為沒打掃衞生要求免一天，你説沒權限，我看有客人怕影響你生意我説上報回頭再説你覺得這事過去了？還説我因為枕頭又要求免一天？有錄音自己仔細聽下，謝謝。後面我再提你們就説給一小時？我要那一小時有什麼用？我沒事不用出門？在那等一小時？你這給了跟沒給有什麼區別？
優點：環境好裝修好風格不錯，所以入住一小時直接續了兩天。

這是我住過的最充滿愛意的一家酒店！在同樣的價格範圍內，我毫不猶豫地向大家推薦這家酒店！辦理入住手續後，前台工作人員非常貼心地將我送到房間，房間內的設施一應俱全，還特別為我準備了一份美味的小點心，讓我們倍感温馨。
或許有人會好奇，為什麼我會拍貓呢？這就要説到大堂左側的一家咖啡廳了。在那裡，有一位非常有愛心的小姐姐，她沖泡的咖啡不僅價格實惠，而且口感極佳。據説她會根據客人的喜好來沖泡咖啡，選用上等的咖啡豆，讓每一杯咖啡都散發出迷人的香氣。品嚐過她的咖啡後，我已經完全愛上了這裏！

第二次住了，酒店很貼心的。隔壁裝修了一會時間，但我大姨媽期間對聲音敏感情緒化了 和前台説 前台態度很好，想給我換房間，我怕麻煩就沒換。過了一會就上來給我拿了紅糖紅棗。説實話很感動，很貼心人性化的酒店，看起來不大，但服務態度都是很專業的。點贊！以後常來。感謝

前台設定非常人性化，貓可以隨便摸，主要是電梯非常安全，要電梯上樓必須前台工作人員刷卡，對單身女性非常友好，空調太給力了，熱呼呼的。附近廣場什麼都有，衹要你想逛沒有你買不到的。

房間很有特色，這個價格確實性價比很高，同樣的價格我還是蠻推薦這家的，反正我覺得挺值的，最重要這是家寵物友好酒店，對於愛貓人士，這一點更值得誇了，另外大廳的咖啡又便宜又好喝，據説是為了滿足老闆自己的愛好，確實豆子用的很好，口感很不錯，下次來杭會繼續來入住的。

帶着父母來杭州旅遊，預訂了兩間房，一間大床房，一間雙床房。
酒店前台很小，但是上樓後別有洞天，我們住在五樓，走廊和房間都裝修得非常雅緻。
房間是電動窗簾，每次進房間插上房卡，窗簾就自動關閉。
門口的衣帽櫥櫃有感應燈，每次路過都會亮，晚上起夜很方便。
給父母訂的雙床房帶一個大飄窗和小茶桌。
老公對酒店的一次性拖鞋非常滿意，穿着舒服。
總之兩天的入住體驗非常的好，性價比太高啦！
交通方便，購物，吃飯都很便利，酒店停車也很方便。
有機會再來還會住這裏。

一言難盡跟我想象很不一樣，帶女朋友住真的丟臉死
1.洗漱台的櫃子把手是壞的，貼着一次性洗簌用品缺沒有
2.電視也是點播不了的，看愛奇藝騰訊需要充錢，電視也偏小
3.床墊居然會響，還會移動這點罪糟糕了
4.居然還剩了半瓶喝過的水….
這幾點都不值288的大床房了很後悔，
