到達十里琅璫，電話老闆，老闆立馬親自下樓來接。幾步路爬上山，就看到了一座三層別墅，周圍景觀佈置精巧，別墅設計別緻。老闆給升級了房型，自帶庭院。房間床品很舒服，自動馬桶，隔音效果很好。老闆還供出了上等龍井，院子裏的橘子樹已經能邊摘邊吃。入住後，可以直接在酒店體驗周圍山色，美景觸手可及，也避免了人流的擁擠。無論一個人出行或一家人出遊，都強烈推薦。

不是那種沿街的酒店 要爬一段進去，打了很多電話根本沒人接，前台態度特別差
設備滴很舊 吱嘎吱嘎響的門，房間馬桶上水還很差，問前台説沒有馬桶栓，讓來檢查一下 説要接別的客人不管了就，帶小朋友來，説能不能補一個電蚊香，也説沒了
老闆也是那種什麼都不清楚政策，在西湖景區內要申請西湖通也不提醒 讓我們告訴他車牌 但完全沒用啊，也沒登機也沒啥，真的一塌糊塗

三月份來住過一次，超級喜歡這間民宿，第二次入住，而且決定以後來杭州衹要可能都會來這裏住。
首先是地理位置很好，茶山傍邊，一早起來拉開窗簾就能躺着看茶山和窗口的幾竿竹子，賞心悦目；交通也方便，樓下有1314和102路，可以直達西湖邊，靈隱，法喜寺等景點，每天出門不趕時間可以大搖大擺坐公交出去；周邊吃飯，茶樓也很多，當然，老闆做飯很好吃，值得一試。
作為一個會做飯的設計師，老闆自己設計自己搭建的房子，品味上佳且細節周到，從餐具、床品到浴缸，電動窗簾、智能馬桶……達到五星酒店標準，住着很舒服，簡直不想走（可惜要打工，否則我願意住一個月）。
再就是一樓的院子，超愛那顆有年頭的大樹，坐在一樓喝茶聊天很巴適，早餐的清粥小菜很對胃口，舒適熨帖。
一句話，我還會再來的！

煙雨茶山景色很美，環境很好，沒有市井的喧鬧，有種獨攬勝景的愜意。
院子大、房間大，一樓茶室、餐廳大大的玻璃，空間舒適大氣。
房間、浴室設施、床上用品透着高級感，水果也很用心。
乾淨整潔衞生，服務態度和主動性都很好，老闆燒的菜好看又好吃，推薦入住，下次再來。

被茶山包圍很有設計感的民宿，感受到杭州都市裡的世外桃源，非常安靜，空氣非常好，釋放壓力很治癒。
交通便利，民宿下去幾分鐘就是公交車站，做公交車打車都很方便。
設施很新，衞生潔具五金件都是大品牌。
服務到位，迎送幫拿行李，早餐品種多，小菜爽口，點心美味。很好的體驗，以後還會帶家人來。
