第一次來真的很不錯，環境對的起這價，工作人員熱情細心不錯的。

房間寬敞，整潔。到西湖打車大概30元。房間一進門有股很濃的煙燻味。以為散一會會好，可是一直很濃，尤其開了衞生間的排氣扇味道更重，重到有點薰眼睛，最後索性關了。

連夜跑了，住過最差的酒店，甚至不敢相信杭州作為一線城市是這個樣子，噪音大，貴，結果半夜樓下KTV整夜都在唱歌，簡直沒有最糟糕衹有更糟糕，杭州是再也不想來了，這個酒店倒貼錢我都不會住。
