Orange Hotel (Hangzhou Wulin Square Moganshan Road)

Overall, my stay at Orange Hotel was decent. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were both very friendly and professional, which left a good impression. The breakfast was fairly standard but still enjoyable. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. The soundproofing in the hotel is quite poor — I could easily hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. On the first night, the room I was assigned had a strong smell of smoke. I initially thought running the air conditioning would help, but it didn’t make any difference. In fact, it seemed like the smell had even seeped into the bedding, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The next morning, I requested to change rooms, and thankfully the new room didn’t have the smoke odor, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the noise issue persisted. On my second night, the guests next door were loud until around 2–3 a.m., which made it hard for me to sleep.
