Meiling House

The price/performance ratio is not very high for this price, one thing is that the view of the room is not bad, it is the feeling of the village with green trees, and you can watch the moon at night. The quality of the facilities is average, and it feels like hand-made renovations. It is OK to take pictures, but the actual experience is a bit worse. Then you have to go to the surrounding farmhouses for meals. The hygiene of the farmhouses is average and the taste is OK. Service other than check-in to take you to the room, nothing else.

Originally, the mountain breeze was set, and because the trees were empty, the young lady automatically upgraded me, which is great! ! The tatami area of the tree is so good to take pictures, a group of us sitting there chatting and chatting with melon seeds is simply not too enjoyable. I especially praise the breakfast at this homestay, which is balanced and delicious! Every area of the B&B is a sacred place for photography, and I will definitely come next time I go to Hangzhou!

The house is simple, but quite comfortable. Before placing the order, I saw a lot of photos in other people's comments, which are basically the same as the real scene I met. The coffee and drinks in the shop are very good. The clerk is very nice, very polite and kind. The children especially like to play with the cats in the shop, and they are particularly nostalgic for this kitten. Although I forgot to fill up the room recently, the whole yard is still quiet and comfortable. It's the first time to bring children to stay in a homestay. The experience in this shop is really good.

Accommodation: The room is big and tidy as shown in the picture. The owner of the toiletries is also very attentive! Very exquisite! In the early morning, there will be very crisp bird calls, and it will not feel noisy at all! 3. The environment is very comfortable, but I wake up very early every day because I miss the cat in the store! Ah Meow is so cute! ! ! 4. The boss is very handsome, photographer, the first night I sat for a meeting in the coffee shop in the store, as soon as I walked in, the boss politely asked if you want a glass of plum wine, free 😂 and chatted for a meeting. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! 5. There is afternoon tea in the store, and there is also a bookstore (photo can’t fit) 6. The in-store accommodation is available for breakfast (Picture 5). To be honest, there are too many to eat 😂 Summary: Very happy three days! come back next time! Fanwai: Before coming to Hangzhou, we booked two homestays. We stayed at Meiling’s house for three days and two nights. The last night we stayed at another one. I really didn’t know what to say when I opened the door. The little one made me feel like I’m in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou. Small bungalow. The entire space is only the size of a bed and a bathroom. 打工人週末放鬆的好去處啦～民宿在雲棲竹徑附近，離高鐵站半小時路程左右。早晨起個早走五百米就能去山裡走一圈吸氧，碰上下小雨就更妙啦，有被治癒到。跑完步回到民宿阿姨會準備中式早餐，營養均衡，吃完很舒服。店裡的小姐姐講話很好聽，做的咖啡也很好喝，還告訴我們豆子產地。總之是性價比超高的一次體驗了，有機會會再來噠！

很喜歡民宿的風格，老闆親手製作的咖啡也很好喝，若不是住宿，來喝個下午茶也是很棒。以為很高冷的嘿嘿竟然跳到我身上給摸摸～周邊是綠油油的茶園，走幾步路就能到雲棲竹徑，很舒適，值得一提的是附近有家農家菜也是不錯。

很舒服的地方，離西湖景區也不遠但是很安靜，早上都是聽着鳥叫起床，滿眼都是茶山，有種歸園田居的感覺，好有可愛的貓咪嘿嘿和請我們喝咖啡的可愛小姐姐，很棒！

個人感覺，性價比不是很高。 以下純個人住宿體驗。 覺得比較好的 1）正對着一片山坡，鬱鬱葱葱，挺漂亮的。 2）房間熱水上的蠻快的，基本上打開幾秒鐘就能出熱水，水温也可以達到比較高 差強人意的 1）隔音不是很好。距離馬路比較近，晚上會有車聲，偶爾有飛機聲（不確定是不是飛機，一些轟鳴聲，晚上還是比較明顯的，但出現頻率不算高）。 睡眠淺的朋友可能戴耳塞會更舒服一些。 房間是木頭地板，地板會自己出現聲音（可能是空氣濕度影響，木板有“噠噠噠”的聲音，聲音還挺響的） 2）網絡很差。房間電視不能投屏，因為網絡差也幾乎看不了什麼。 店家拿來了投影儀，但網絡太差，以及沒有太合適投屏的位置，幾乎也不能用。 3）插座位置不合理。床頭位置插了電熱毯就插不了手機充電。 目前天氣不開電熱毯，晚上是冷的。 空調製熱效果也不是夠。 所以這個插座的問題還是挺不方便的。 4）衞生一般。 房間裏有死掉的蟲子，可以理解房間在山裡，可能有小蟲，但是發現的蟲子還挺大，感覺也是死了的（不確定），窗台，窗簾，門上都有。 5）房間整理和打掃欠缺。第二天外出回來，有確認是否有幫忙打掃房間，回覆是“弄過了/打掃過了”（具體回答記得不確切，但是是這個意思）。 但實際衹是1）清理洗手枱和洗手間的兩個小垃圾桶，2）補了兩瓶水，3）扔掉了浴缸邊沿上放着的一個泡澡袋，其他都沒處理。 比如：1）茶壺茶杯沒有清理，2）茶几邊上的垃圾桶滿了，沒有清理。3）沒有補充茶包（回來時候，問了前台是否給了新的茶包，回答沒有。但是有提供幫助，找了罐子倒了一些給我） 6）早餐蠻普通的。粥+煎蛋，2-3個小小的醬菜，一片麪包，一個餅（加果醬或奶油），+1個飲品（咖啡、牛奶、橙汁 三選一）。 量不算小，但我個人是覺得失望的，並且兩天幾乎都一樣的東西。

住的很愜意，床很舒服，一天玩下來可以很好的休息。早餐也挺豐盛的，每次都吃很飽，咖啡也好喝。下次3、4月來，山上風景應該更好。
