Everything was excellent. Hotel is exactly per photos in trip.com no traps. Clean, great service, room size and layout is perfect. MRT station is literary right at the doorstep. Love the hotel design.

Loation is excellent. Only thing is staffs at front desk can't speak English well.

This hotel is really near to the MRT station (line # 4 green) , just walk about 100 meters from the hotel lobby, the receptionist guy is really nice, they give me a free early check in because the room is available, the room is clean, and there are some restaurants, and minimart on front of MRT gate. I will back here when i go to Hangzhou again.

The hotel is located in the very picturesque place, there is a good view at the river outside the windows, very helpful staff and tasty breakfasts. I was satisfied with the services provided by this hotel such as SPA, gym and free parking. Looking forward to stay next time in this hotel.

The hotel is very good, clean and sanitary. The location is excellent. There are many delicious foods downstairs. It is very pleasant to have a drink and take a walk in the evening. The manager David is very considerate and helped us arrange luggage pick-up and room adjustment. Every time I come to Qianjiang New City to stay, Courtyard is my first choice! The service is very good! There is also a SPA on the 6th floor, and the breakfast is also very rich. There is also a tea room next door. I made an appointment with a few customers to drink tea and chat. It was very comfortable to go back to sleep! Highly recommended!
