到杭州休閑度假，前一天入住西子賓館，第二天到柳鶯裏，都很贊。西子賓館大氣，柳鶯裏小而精。柳鶯裏原是夏家花園，蘇式園林式的建築，中心有個花園很精緻，拍照很出片，在酒店可以遠眺雷峯塔，沿着湖邊漫步，桂花飄香，連風都是甜的。酒店的早餐非常贊，個人覺得比西子賓館的早餐要好一些。衞生間超級大，晚上浴缸裏泡個澡一切疲憊煙消雲散，很棒的體驗。

酒店裡景色很好，住的行政房正對湖，來的兩天天氣很好，是非常適合出遊的季節，但是我們在酒店流連忘返。
聽鸝鳥唱歌，看柳樹，西湖邊人流很多酒店裡非常安靜舒適，喝茶的地方就在湖邊，緊鄰着、曬太陽很舒服
餐廳就是團購要預約，都是因為房間拿不到才先吃飯的，但是還不能用，衹能單點
打車也方便都會開進來接。

西湖邊的園林酒店，相較於汪莊劉莊顯得迷你，卻也不失精巧，房間很小，衞生間卻很大，晚餐出品相當一般，大幾百的人均消費，連塊桌布都沒有，早餐更是一言難盡，基本和亞朵一個水準，服務不差，中規中矩，總體就是一般吧

酒店位置很好，就在柳浪聞鶯公園旁側，自隅成園，風景獨好！從酒店出發，早晚還可以步行去到雷峯塔，蘇堤等景點，節假日也方便叫車。
房間是典型的園林中式風，洗手間特別大，洗浴用品也不錯，特別安靜，適合帶長者家庭出遊。
酒店提供各種外出用車服務，車隊隊長熱情真誠，能為客人提供旅遊路線建議，非常nice。
在酒店入住四天，體驗感不錯。推薦！

和兒子趁着休假來到美麗的杭州西湖邊小住幾日。酒店位於西湖十景之一的『柳浪聞鶯』，環境幽雅怡人，小巧精緻。不出酒店大門便可將西湖美景盡收眼底。美麗的景色怎麼都拍不夠💯
酒店設施齊全舒適，入住歡迎水果，聞鶯廳的9折用餐券，聽鸝閣晚間用茶5折都會令遊客感受到賓至如歸的氛圍。從辦理入住到領路至客房，從客房服務到園中休閑攀談……服務員的態度都是那麼周到而真誠。外賣的送餐服務也是很時尚，由機器人送至客房內，快捷且禮貌……
總之是一次非常滿意的體驗🉑💯
