Very glad to stay here after a local friend recommended! The view from the hotel of Hangzhou’s west lake is awesome. The hotel was luxurious and the checking in process was especially pleasant. The receptionist Ms He Liqing and team were especially helpful and friendly, sharing about the hotel and also providing a free room upgrade.

Our first time in Hangzhou and this hotel has the best location right in front of the lake. The grounds are tranquil and the gardens inside the hotel are beautiful.
The concierge created a WeChat so we could communicate with him. Special thank you to Mr 吴其周 who kindly handled all our requests with so much patience and always with a smile.
We will definitely stay here if we come back to Hangzhou!

Booked executive double room garden view , very satisfied with the room . Spacious bedroom and also bathroom . Feeling very classy . The garden is really beautiful , you can enjoy west lake without going out the hotel . We were offered a bed gate as we bring our one year old daughter, very thoughtful of them. The breakfast spread is quite good as we had our dietary restrictions but still can enjoy the breakfast because of the wide varieties. One of the staff can speak english so it was easy for us during check in and check out .

Hotel environment is very nice....Hotel garden view is superb where you can view the west lake pagoda, night view on pagoda is great. Breakfast is very nice and hotel is just on west lake, you just need to walk out of your room to have west lake view.

Traditional Chinese style hotel with gorgeous grounds and perfect location. Lake front with amazing view of the lake. There are trails from the hotel, walking along the lake to the busy/popular areas, restaurants and all. Early morning walk is highly recommended.
Facilities are very clean and well kept. Breakfast is sumptuous and nice. Service is great even though English can be a bit of an issue. Not that we complained, we like it that way since it feels a lot more authentic. We had lot of fun with translation app. Haha

Great hotel location, next to the lake.
Walkable to nearby shopping street.
If you don’t have itinerary plan, walk to the front desk and ask for their driver, the driver will recommend you.
There is a driver name 慕师傅 is very welcoming and sincere. Offer to bring us to some places that were not planned.
