Hangzhou West Lake Liuyingli Hotel

We had such a wonderful family trip and couldn’t have been happier with the hotel. The view was stunning, and breakfast was a real treat with its jiangnan spread. The team there was friendly and we loved the warm ambience and the beautifully kept garden perfect for a morning stroll. We booked 3 rooms, the hotel surprised my parents with an anniversary cake. Outstanding hotel! Everything felt too good to be true. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with our luggage and even upgraded our room. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The gardens just outside the hotel buildings are absolutely stunning and make for a peaceful, beautiful setting. The staff’s English was also well above average compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, and they even had a German-speaking staff member — which was perfect for us!

It’s a extremely great location with a heavenly scenery. Early morning you will hear the birds chipping. Just a footstep out from the Hotel, u will view the most beautiful Westlake like the people always said 上有天堂下有西湖，😍

Hotel area is really pretty and serene overlooking the west lake. Their staffs were extremely helpful and polite. Definitely a 5 star standard

The receptionist Ms He Liqing and team were especially helpful and friendly, sharing about the hotel and also providing a free room upgrade.
