原本想看在攜程積極的幫我處理的份上，不想發表該評論的。但想想為了避免更多的人被坑，這裏還是發一下。首先這根本不是一家酒店，連酒店式公寓都算不上，酒店式公寓還會有個房間作為前台接待室，但這個啥也沒有，入住前老闆會加你微信，要你提供手機號碼和身份證照片遠程幫你辦入住。有哪家酒店是這樣的操作模式？訊息安全在哪裡？晚上入住後我和小孩躺床上後皮膚就癢，聯繫房東後房東雖然積極處理，一直髮訊息關心小孩，但這是衞生問題，如果傳染了什麼皮膚病，甚至是**那就不是關心能解決的問題了。房東給了2個解決方案，第一，退房退錢，問題是五一期間已經摺騰到了晚上11點多了，退房讓我們去哪裡找酒店啊？本來就是訂不到酒店才來你這的。第二，買一次性被套。最終無奈選擇了第二方案。也就這樣勉強睡下了。第二天要求房東給我100元去醫院看看醫生買買葯膏的，房東就發了一條完全讓大家知道我為什麼説不稱呼她是酒店也不是酒店式公寓的服務員了而是一個稱呼她是“房東”的原因了。另外，熱水器上面很多污漬，衞生太糟糕了，強烈不建議入住。

總體不錯哦，就是整個過程一個人也沒有見到，索性連前台都省了，從入住到退房，全都是微信聯繫，房間是密碼鎖，電梯是二維碼梯控，設備齊全，乾淨衞生，風景絕美，價格公道，阿里巴巴的故鄉真的是把訊息化做到了極致。微信的服務態度其實也算不錯，就是我們還有點不適應，總覺得有種不真實感，以至於後期行程裏一行人把有前台作為一家酒店的優點加分項。

酒店出乎意料的很不錯，房間很大也很乾凈，投影儀也很好，而且房間都非常獨立隔音效果不錯，晚上和朋友們住着很舒心很開心。下次還會來繼續住。

剛住進來時感覺很久沒有打掃過，全是浮灰，後來反饋，阿姨又來搞過衞生，好了很多，但櫃子裏面還是沒有打掃乾淨，衹能説阿姨偷工減料，服務態度是好的。
