The soundproofing of the room is really poor. It is arranged on the second floor, and there is a parking lot below. The window glass is single-layer and not soundproof. The window screen cannot be closed tightly. There are mosquitoes. People talking and walking in the corridor and people sneezing next door can be heard clearly. Secondly, I booked a three-day and two-night stay. The room card could not be swiped when I came back on the second night. I asked the front desk and they said it was only swiped for one night. On the third day, I went out at 12 noon and came back to check out. The room card could not be swiped again. The front desk explained that the system stipulates that check-out is at 12 o'clock, but the booking information clearly shows check-out at 14 o'clock. Finally, every time I find the front desk staff, they are not there. I have to call to notify them. It is really annoying.

The hotel is just an apar**ent, not as real as it is on the Internet. The hygiene is very poor, there are spider webs on the windows, the glass is also dirty, the space is small, the quilt is very thin, I called the housekeeping to deliver the quilt at night, but the housekeeping was off work, and I had to put on the quilt myself. The experience was super bad! The whole family caught a cold after sleeping for one night!

The room is well-equipped and the location is excellent. It's just a few steps to the West Lake. The front desk lady has a good service attitude and can actively help customers solve problems. I will come again next time!

The hotel has new facilities, clean and hygienic environment, and the location is perfect. It is a few dozen meters away from the West Lake and a few minutes' walk from the Longxiang Metro Station. There are many business districts around it. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. It is worth staying here!

The bed in the family room is big enough. It is close to the West Lake cruise point and convenient. It is close to Yintai and convenient for shopping.

The location is excellent. Just across the road from the West Lake, less than 50 meters from the music fountain, in the commercial center, close to Yintai Depar**ent Store, Hangzhou Restaurant, and Zhiweiguan.
