房間的隔音效果是真的很差，安排在二樓，下面正好是停車場，窗户玻璃是單層的不隔音，關上窗户紗窗也是關不緊的，還有蚊子，走廊裏有人説話、走動、隔壁有人打噴嚏都聽的清清楚楚。其次，預訂了三天兩晚的住宿，第二天晚上回來房卡就刷不了了，問了前台説衹刷了一晚，第三天中午12點外出回來退房，房卡又刷不了了，前台又解釋説系統規定12點退房，但訂購訊息明明顯示14點退房啊，最後，每次找前台人員都是不在的，都要打電話去通知，真的很惱火。

酒店衹是一個公寓，根本沒有網上那麼真實，衞生十分差，窗上都是蜘蛛網，玻璃也很臟，空間小，被子很薄，晚上打電話讓客房送被子，客房下班了，還要自己套被套，體驗感超級差！一家人睡一晚都凍感冒了！

除了地理位置絕好，其他很一般。
酒店濕氣太重，被子感覺不幹。
房間較小，淋浴房和廁所超小，無窗設計（類白天燈光）很特別。
服務前台衹有一個小姐姐。

酒店設施新，衞生乾淨，環境好，地段沒得説，離西湖幾十米，地鐵龍翔站步行幾分鐘，周邊商圈很多，前台服務員很熱情，服務周到，值得來一住！

地理位置優越，出門過馬路就是西湖，離音樂噴泉不到50米，在商業中心區裏，離銀泰百貨商場，杭州酒家，知味觀都很近，酒店服務人員態度很好，有問必答，房間乾淨整潔，下次來杭州還會住這裏
