環境：環境很好！房間很大，一樓有客廳茶室，貓貓很乖性格特別好
服務：老闆娘人超好，會叮囑晚上關窗户不然會冷，有需求也很快會滿足

這次來杭州待了多天， 最後的行程在這家民宿住了兩天， 對一個香港人來說， 感覺就是不同， 住在這裡很舒適， 白天小湖景觀， 晚上安然寧靜， 自有一番味道， 附近有湘湖景點， 吃飯的地方有一間不錯的菜館， 但其他就選擇不多， 這裡的猫咪很可愛， 特別是老闆娘很好， 可以把心愛的電摩托借給我四圍游玩， 也可以幫忙點外賣及打車， 服務貼心， 給她一個讚。 這民宿性價比高。

非常滿意啦，老闆娘人很好也很爽利：早上醒來就能拉開窗簾看到湖景，一天心情都很愉悦；還有可可愛愛的小貓貓，出去玩一天回到名宿可以擼到貓貓特別開心❤️❤️

房間舒服温馨感很強，老闆服務服務很好。順便説下老闆會不定期在小院聚會，剛好體驗了下碰到即是朋友的場景。以後還會不定期的來，感覺很好。值得推薦。。。

差，小毛巾是被用過的還是濕的一坨放在乾的浴巾上，因為自帶了毛巾不需要用酒店的就沒有跟老闆反映，淋浴冷熱水不均勻水量小的像下的濛濛細雨，空調製熱效果差，不會再去了
