Good location with super market, cafe, and restaurants around this hotel. On the way to subway, you will find more restaurants that offer variety of cuisines that would definitely meet your needs.
The room is clear with good design and space, and offer the necessary amenities you need.
With its suitable price and fineservice, I would recommend others to book this hotel, and I would book it again if I travel to Hangzhou in the future.

The hygiene is really bad. I used Ctrip's free upgrade room type but it didn't upgrade me. Bath salt and disposable bag for bathing are 40 each

Stayed in the worst five-diamond hotel.
1. The hotel does not provide non-disposable slippers. I have stayed in many five-diamond hotels in Hangzhou, all of which are disinfected and sterilized, and one for each guest.
2. The breakfast variety is monotonous, about 1/10 of the five-diamond variety.
3. The hotel has no Internet TV and no projection screen. The hotel replied: Only two king-size rooms have it.
4. The underground parking lot is shared with other business formats, which is chaotic and the elevator entrance is not clear.
I booked this hotel with good reviews, but now I look closely and it is all the same. The high-tech face recognition is useless. Everyone should avoid it.
