設施：房間裏設施齊全
衞生：很乾凈

總體評價：個人覺得入住體驗感很不錯，一層廚房、衞生間，客廳，還有個露台，兩個卧室在樓上，房間實施真的很齊全，冰箱，洗衣機，電水壺，重點是電視小米的，隨便看會員，超級給力！

廚房油煙機都是油煙，抽屜裏還有喝過的飲料瓶一堆
重點是，兩張床的席夢思是破的！！！彈簧都已經翹起來了，一整晚沒睡好，房間悶悶的潮潮的，空氣流通性差，真的是一整晚睡不好，哎

公司臨時安排過來出差，剛準備預訂卻發現房間沒了，打電話過去，老闆人很好，説房間很充足，怕我找不到，還很熱心的給我發了位置，房間也不錯，很乾凈，也沒有裝修的味道，跑了一天，躺床上一下子就睡著了，睡醒了下樓找吃的，路過前台遇到老闆，推薦附近很nice的小吃店，祝老闆生意越來越好。要是再來出差，一定還過來。

和圖片一樣漂亮，也很乾凈。出差和同事一起住，原本想定雙床房，一看有兩室一廳就定了，一人一個房間，保留了個人空間，性價比很高。如果有機會還會再來。
但是有幾個建議。1.建議在淋浴房貼一個提示，是燒水類型的熱水器，燒一次水需要多久和能用多久。第一天半夜洗澡洗到一半變冷水了， 非常絕望。2.門上加一個插銷，或者能從內反鎖的裝置，密碼鎖多少有點不放心。3.廚房可以加一個微波爐，會比電磁爐的使用率更高。4.每個空間放一個垃圾桶

環境和衞生都還不錯，主要是位置很方便，唯一一點就是電閘跳了兩次，一次在半夜跳的，空調停了把我凍醒了，半夜也不想摸黑起來，也不想找客服了硬挺過去了，第二天和客服説了有檢查又道歉，態度還是很好的。
