The resort is absolutely beautiful, and so peaceful. You’re tucked away in a private oasis.
The furnishings are very old-school five-star luxury hotel but with apparent wear and tear. But it’s not too severe and absolutely forgivable for me given the beauty of the location.
There’s a restaurant in the resort that has delicious food. Service is excellent too.
I was welcomed by a very friendly Simon who walked me to my accommodation and introduced the place to me.
If only there was a spa available then it would’ve been perfect!

酒店就在西溪濕地裏麪，位置挺好的。酒店入口處的大叔很熱情，前台有一位男的像經理的管家也很專業，酒店的擺渡車可以隨時到濕地各處來接你，還會一路介紹各個景點和餐廳，推薦我們徒步路線。其次就是寵物友好，小狗在這住的也很開心，這次住的房型外面還有一窩不怕人的流浪貓。唯一感覺需要提升的就是酒店的餐食，

十一和家人去西溪濕地玩，入住“湖舍客房”19號房，60平寬敞通透3人入住也很合適，裝修風格中式復古，園林景觀環境幽美，整體居住體驗很贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
🏠室內環境：分為換鞋走廊、浴室衞生間、會客區、卧室、和室外專屬露台，從床上能直接看到湖景，很愜意；晚上泡澡很舒服，窗外景觀不錯。
💁服務：管家和所有的服務人員都很有禮貌和熱情。有專門的擺渡車從濕地北門接送；辦完入住管家會細心介紹酒店整體的園林設計和環境；領到客房再介紹室內佈局；贈送了歡迎水果和晚間服務，整個房間都香香的也沒有文字；還參加了手工課有老師指導，體驗也很好。
🍃室外環境：曲徑通幽，所有的客房區都可通過一條路閉環走到，不會迷路並且沿途可以體驗到不同的景觀風景，空氣清新植被多，也很安靜長者也喜歡。
📪：美中不足的是贈送的約拍服務合作的攝影師放鴿子了服務沒有享受到；贈送的酒吧飲品忘記領了～

酒店就是景區，一步一景置身於自然中，巨大的佔地面積衹有26間客房，行走中基本上很少會遇到其他住客，所以有種獨享整個景區的感覺，i人真的很享受。相比於景色更受寵若驚的是酒店的服務，每一個遇到的酒店員工都很熱心，那種幫你的態度不是帶着班味的工作，是酒店企業文化深入每一個員工心裏。去景區其他地方吃飯都有接駁車接送，點了外賣會幫我們拿。國慶自駕遊的最後一站因為所見畫上圓滿句號，已經推薦給朋友們啦，沒住過的確實值得一試。
