Overall the Hotel was good . The carpet in the room looked terrible. The central AC is taped closed (not working anymore) but they have a new normal AC installed . Could do a better job of concealing broken AC. Food for breakfast was very nice . Staff was friendly and helpful. View from room very nice but balcony outside window is dreadfull. cannot be reached .

房間採光挺好的，衞生也沒得説，旁邊就是小區，四面都不鄰馬路，特別安靜，睡了一個美美的覺。周圍環境也不錯，吃飯購物很方便，衹要不是臨時車牌，停車都是免費的，可以直接去前台領取停車票，如果你忘了，前台小姐姐也會很貼心的提醒你哦

公司剛搬到臨平，前幾天需要給客户訂房，手機上搜了一下附近的酒店，發現了這家全國連鎖的維也納酒店，位置很好，比較安靜，性價比還不錯，訂完給前台打電話，讓幫忙預留比較安靜的房間，還主動幫我升級然後提前安排好了房間，客户反饋也比較不錯，點外賣可以機器人直接送上樓，酒店一樓也配有洗衣機，健身房，方便了商務出差的客户，整體衞生不錯，服務也比較熱情，有事找總枱，響應非常迅速，特別不錯，以後來客户還會選擇這裏

位置還挺方便，距離地鐵站也就不到1公里，去臨平銀泰也不遠，服務人員態度很好，房間也很乾凈，店家無論遇到什麼問題都會給顧客解決，從來沒有推卸責任的態度，我去的比較早，房間還沒打掃完，但是前台一直在對我説抱歉稍等，弄的我也怪不好意思的，下次去臨平會再次入住

酒店的地理位置比較便利，周圍有很多商店和飯館可以選擇。而且交通也很方便，附近地鐵站近，這對於出來遊玩來説非常方便，酒店的早餐很美味，服務人員很熱情，因為我去的晚，特意給我煮了麪條，煎了雞蛋，吃完還讓我拿了一盒酸奶，讓我一天都有了好心情。

朋友過來找我玩，幫他們訂的房間，性價比可以，非常貼心的幫我們升級了房間還送了早餐，退房後朋友強烈要求我一定要給酒店一個好評，她們説酒店挺安靜的，晚上休息的特別好，周邊吃飯購物也特別方便，我們晚上吃完飯還去門口的臨平山玩了半個小時，夜景非常不錯，以前都沒發現這裏居然還有這樣一家店呢，以後訂房就認準這家啦

不經意間發現這家酒店，看了很多人的評價覺得應該不錯，帶着忐忑預訂了一晚。來了之後發現，確實如大家所説，是一家比較舒適的酒店，整體風格比較温馨，雖然酒店沒辦法跟新開的那些酒店比，但是衞生服務都很好，設施也比較齊全，洗衣房，健身房都有，外賣也有機器人送上來，特別方便，性價比可以，非常不錯的一家寶藏店
