The service of the boss is very good. Free parking in the underground garage is provided. As long as you record the license plate, you can go in and out at will. The room in the projection room has a very good river view. You will come next time.

房間很大，窗户看出去就是錢塘江，設備也很全面，有冰箱和洗衣機，就是被子有點小，兩個人睡覺搶被子，衞生也不錯

在世貿這邊住過很多酒店，何家是性價比最高的一家，我非常喜歡何家酒店，不僅在於他價格比跟他同層次的酒店實惠，而且設施還比其他酒店更完備。酒店老闆服務態度也特別好，之前有東西丟這了，過了三天還麻煩人家打掃衞生的阿姨給我遞過來的，非常感動●﹏● 放寒假了跑杭州這邊來玩，玩的好的前提必須是得睡得好！選何家酒店準沒錯的姐妹們
真的又乾淨，晚上睡覺又安靜，又舒服，已經來來回回住過四五次了

很少不給滿分的，這次體驗感不好，我還算是老客户的，入住當晚沒熱水，衣服脱了水放了很久都沒熱，辛好沒凍着，問老闆説是白天停電導致，然後燒到12點還沒熱，衹能第二天早上洗，早上起來温度還是40，沒熱，後面看了下應該是酒店自己設定了時間，所有不會自動加熱，
2.因為續住的，提前跟老闆説讓幫忙多放兩瓶水，因為這幾天嗓子不舒服和水較多，晚上回來看還是沒有，如果不能放可以直接告訴我，我超市買兩瓶就好
3，酒店維護和服務有待提高
