Overall had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-appointed, featuring all the amenities I could have hoped for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the decor was modern yet cozy. The hotel's location is perfect, situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The breakfast spread each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. However, there was one issue that slightly detracted from an otherwise perfect stay: the soundproofing. Unfortunately, the noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was quite noticeable, especially during the night. This made it a bit challenging to get a fully restful night's sleep. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still highly recommend for its outstanding service, prime location, and overall comfort. I would gladly stay here again, hoping that the soundproofing might be improved in the future.

Good location, nice staffs and comfy room.. the location is next to metro, close to everything

Family room with 1 king bed and 1 large single bed. Very comfortable. Washing machine at underground with gym room. However, there is always a queue for the washing machine. It is standard domestic washing machine, the washing cycle is very long. By the time we finished washing and dry, it was 2.am. Hotel is located on the pedestrian street, taxi and buses are not allowed to be near the hotel. It is convenient for going to old town but not convenient when you travel with elderly or joining tour. You need to wait at the top of the street for picking up then travel tour agent drop you off at the end of old town which need to walk 30 mins back to the hotel after a long day trip. The hotel manager will sell you the day trip, please do not join. It does not worth it. I was conned to join the day trip, which they said it is suitable for elderly. , it was extremely rush. The condition of tour bus was very poor, bus was old, there was no air-conditioning, smelly, and leaking when it was raining . The tour guy is also very rude. The manager does not care after you made payments to day trip. We complained, and would like to refund of 2nd day trip. They were not interested, even avoid eye contact when wewalkedk in and out the lobby. The hotel manager will also try to sell you the taxi to and from nearby attraction. Please find your own taxi, it will be cheaper.

My family just stayed here for a night as we were on our way to Huangshan City from Shanghai. Haoyi Hotel is a nice, clean and comfortable hotel that is within walking distance of the Hefang pedestrain street. In fact, we walked from the West Lake to Hefang street where we had our dinner and then walked back to the hotel. My wife is a light sleeper, and we were happy that the air-conditioning was strong and quiet, offering a good night's rest. Will definitely stay longer for my next trip and take more time to explore Hangzhou city.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 5 minutes from metro station. 15 minutes from West Lake The room is okay, comfortable beds. Just breakfast can be improved a little. The stuff is helpful. Even if some of them don't speak English, they are willing to help. Good experience at all.

Location is in a great spot on the quieter end of the Old Song Dynasty pedestrian street - West Lake is also within 20-30 minutes walking distance. Metro line 1 Ding’an Lu station is about a 10 minute walk away (Use exit D) and turn in when you pass Phoenix Mosque. The room is compact but has enough space to accommodate a 1 to 2 guests with minimal luggage (it will be cramped with large luggage). The room has no fridge, but there’s a Lawsons convenience store right across the street. Breakfast buffet has selection of mainly Chinese food plus a noodle soup bar, but there is a small selection of cereal and breads along with boiled eggs and meat & sausages. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

We had an unpleasant encounters for the 2 days stay in HY, my daughter & I were bitten by the bed/mattress bugs, the matter was not brought to the hotel reception as we thought the itchiness was due to the mosquitoes bites. However, the itchiness is getting worst after checking out from the hotel with the red spots appeared! The toilet bowl area was found ponding & tiny flies are spotted in the toilet, we then requested to change the room on the next morning and the hotel has assigned another room right below the unit. Some photos have been taken a day later after checking out from the hotel.

Good location, clean, convenient to travel around. Just maybe soundproof not that good can hear guest next door haha...

The receptionists were really helpful. They helped us to call Didi cab services. The location is near to the metro, use the Exit D. The line goes straight to the airport. Very convenient.

New hotel located at a very convenient location. Easy and short walk to the MRT, and about 10 minutes to Hefang street. The room has ample space and the big bed is comfortable. However, when I checked in, the room floor was a little sticky, and I had to clean it myself. Otherwise, this hotel is good - friendly staff, easy check in etc.

Central location and easy access to metro station and plenty of food around the area. Friendly reception and always ready to help. Only down side is that they do not have a fridge in the room but you can utilise the common fridge in the lobby.
